I contacted Jeff after I saw what a great job he did installing a cardiologist friend's pool. He was personable and patient during our meeting. Ultimately he gave me bad news. Because of the slope of our backyard, the cost would be more than double what he normally charges for a pool. He could have easily led me down a primrose path and gotten me to commit and upcharged me as the project progressed. Instead he was honest and offered options that we might consider, even though those options would not involve him or his company. The definition of a "stand-up guy".

I just wanted to say thanks to Jeff and Brian. It never ceases to amaze me how great their customer service is. Seriously If you are looking for someone to install your pool that will be there for you eight years later hire Jeff from West Coast Fiberglass pools. I don't care what it is I call Jeff about he responds immediately. He is just an awesome man with a wonderful family who became my friend. I love that Brian is still with him and truly customer service is everything to them. Thank you Both :) Still 5 STARS!!

I had my pool installed around three years ago, and to this day when I call Jeff he picks up the phone. I know he is a busy man, but that is just how much he cares even three years later. Jeff's crew were amazing!! Fun to work with!! Total Perfectionist, every time I looked out side someone had out the leveler. Then there is Brian who works with Jeff, and he does the warranty work. I have call Brian twice both times he was able to come out the same day. He's a Rock Star!! Thank you Jeff for all you do. You are an honorable man, and I have no regrets choosing you to make this life changing decision.

A Leisure Pools fiberglass pool shell was at the top of our list for our in-ground pool. If you do your research you’ll find it’s one of the best options out there for a cost-friendly, low-maintenance, fast to install, strong and durable pool. If this is what you’re looking for then Jeff of West Coast Fiberglass is your guy.

This family run pool builder doesn’t just install the best fiberglass shells though, he installs the best residential pool equipment in the industry. While other pool builders might create a Frankenstein’s monster of cheap components from various brands; the pool pad Jeff built for us is figuratively the Rolls-Royce of pool pads made up of all Jandy equipment. It’s such a site to see, we genuinely like showing off this super clean installation to our friends and family as a first stop. We then follow this by showing how fast the automatic pool cover reveals the fiberglass beauty underneath. It feels good knowing my investment was built to last.

Honestly, it’s smart on Jeff’s part to not cheap out on the components because I’m sure he gets way fewer service calls compared to other builders given how beefy and robust his build is. That being said, he’s still only a text message away from answering any question you might have even after he’s done his part. We can’t recommend him enough and we’re really looking forward to many, many years family swim days.

Jeff was an absolute life saver for us. Our pool company left us high and dry near the end of the project, and Jeff stepped in to help us finish things up, ensure it was all working properly (all our settings were wrong), and teach us how to use the pool. He went out of his way to make sure we understood everything, even standing out in the dark and rain at night to ensure he'd answered all our questions. And he did it out of the goodness of his heart. I wish we'd started with Jeff from the beginning, it would have saved us a lot of time, headaches, and money!

Before I built a pool from scratch, I researched my options. West Coast Fiberglass Pool had consistent 5 star reviews so I called them. The contractor/owner, Jeff, is very experienced, personable, and helpful and was involved in every step along the way. His crew was top notch, especially his foreman, Raul, who was always on time, hardworking, quiet and kind. At the end of a full day’s work, they left the pool area neat and clean. I love my beautiful pool, which got built in spite of challenges along the way. The very best part is that Jeff will always pick up the phone or text to get back to me if there are ever issues (“Jeff, my pool is not heating!”). He is technically very adept and can walk me through things on the phone or via various links he comes up with. I highly recommend WCFP.

First I want to start out by saying that this is the most amount of money I have ever spent aside from purchasing a home. With that said I wanted to be sure that who I chose to build our pool was someone who was trust worthy, honest, reliable and most importantly knowledgeable. Based on a Facebook page I follow regarding fiberglass pools a lot of people have come to the conclusion that there is no “better” fiberglass pool brand but that it’s the pool builder that you are shopping for. Your experience all comes down to the knowledge of your pool builder and the character of that person.
Needless to say Jeff and his crew came around the timeline they said they would. Took payment only once each phase of the project was completed and approved by the city. He listened to what we wanted and even when there was a last minute change in design ideas he came out and went above and beyond what was required of him to make our pool design come to life. His crew are like family to him and they all helped make this even more special. One of his workers would leave a little wooden pathway to the pool so my youngest could walk-in with out walking through the dirt to swim after school. (This was prior to concrete pour). I’ve read A lot of horror stories on other peoples experiences where the pool builder up and leaves mid project or doesn’t do things correctly and the client is left with a mess and has to lawyer up to get anything fixed. We are so grateful for who we hired to make our pool come to life.
There is really too many good things to say and if anyone needs a personal reference with more detail is welcome to get my information from him to speak to me about it. I’d be happy to go into more detail.

This review is long over due! Jeff and Zanne Cerini are a power couple. They tag team well. This company did not install the pool for us. They helped us acquire pool equipment to close up the project because our actual contractor abandoned the job when we were so close for the pool to be completed.

Jeff came through to save our year! He called us back right away. FaceTimed us to go over equipment needs from afar. Ordered all the parts and equipment for us and then some. We were so grateful for his time, effort, and support throughout the process. Seemed too good to be true at the time while we waited for the equipment to arrive. But, I am here to say that Jeff is a pretty legit guy! Lol

He did all this without any profit involved. It was just out of good will and he certainly is a good Samaritan!

The equipment arrived sooner than we expected. We were so gun-shy and apprehensive through the short process in getting our pool equipment delivered due to what our actual contractor put us through the last entire year.

Jeff, we are forever thankful for you! We hope to some day meet you in person and take you and Zanne out to dinner.
