He was quite clear with his communications to set the right expectations as far as the survey and how it is done. He also saved me money on services that I had asked for but did not need. If you are looking to have a survey, his company should top your list. Highly recommended.

Chris was great to work with. His work was excellent and delivered on all requirements laid out by our designer and architect. He was very responsive and professional when answering all my questions and concerns. Our property was subdivided and lot lines adjusted several times so made for a somewhat complicated boundary and topo project, but Chris went above and beyond. I highly recommend Coppens Land Surveying.
