This is a great company, very good people working there, my experience with them was great, they were very professional and very respectful, it does make me wonder about other negative comments, since my personal experience with them was great, when they left they would make sure even the grass and sidewalks were clean, very happy with them!

Lyles Utility Company, is finishing up a meter and Line installation project of around 400 meters, 1909 ft of main lines and over 6380 ft of private house line. Our project has been difficult because our system is very old and there is very little accurate mapping of our line locations. Lyles Utility has gone above and beyond to help us get the most out of our grant money and help us locate old lines and connections. They have helped our customers with the transition and followed up with every concern from us and the customer. As with every construction project there are problems that come up and every single time they have regrouped to make it better. We have enjoyed working with Lyles Utilities crew and would recommend them for any of your future projects.

Construction worker never knocked on my door and went on his own on the side of my house and started digging and doing work on my gas meter.
He did the same to every single one of my neighbors as I watched him go house-to-house digging and doing work.
When I approached him and asked who he was he got defensive and he wouldn't even show me his ID.
I had to take a picture of his work truck and go online to see if he was real or not.
I even called my gas company and they said that they usually hire independent contractors to come out and check on their meters. They even told me that I should have approached him and asked who he was who he worked for and asked for his ID I told them that I did that and he refused. The gas company also told me he was supposed to knock on my door there are advised to knock on the doors of homeowners to let them know about the work they're about to prepare or even just for a basic inspection.
Very unprofessional very rude
