Anton helped me fix my Maytag dishwasher. He was timely, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was able to fix my dishwasher in about 30 minutes, and provided recommendations for keeping the machine in working order moving forward. I would use Denver Appliance Pros again.

Did not have a positive experience, would not recommend. A repair person was supposed to come during a 3-hour window and at the end of the 3-hour window I got a call that they were going to be another hour late. I rescheduled for the next day. The next day, the repair person called and said they were going to be there in 30 minutes, so I went and waited near the door. No one knocked or rang the doorbell and after it 30 minutes had passed from when he said he'd be there, I finally called. He denied that he went to the wrong place and insisted he knocked and no one answered. He didn't try calling, he just left and wouldn't come back. No apologies or anything. I will not be using them in the future and don't recommend.

After market part was used. Website indicates manufacturer approved parts used Heating element replaced early March and failed end of June. Part should last 3-8 years according to reputable repair company that came out to repair the work of Denver Appliance. Charged $75 for a part that cost $10 on Amazon. And $210 for labor on a 5 minute job. Would highly advise against this company.

These guys are amazing. They were able to schedule me same day which was impressive. Stacy at the office was flexible with the schedule for me. So was the gentleman when I had to call back later in the day to reschedule an additional time!

Dan showed up for the repairs and was very quick and efficient. He revived my freezer portion of my refrigerator. He was knowledgeable and was able to retro fit the required parts since they no longer manufacture them.

The repair was reasonably priced as well, with the diagnostic fee going towards the repair. I will recommend Denver Appliance Pros to anyone in need of appliance repair!
