I inquired about getting a copy of an ILC that was completed by them in the past. They called me back and rudely responded saying “We don’t just give these out. We haven’t in the past and won’t just do that for you’. I stated that I simply wanted to inquire what the process to get one was. They certainly did not have the attitude of trying to earn my business. They might be one of the businesses where customer service does not matter ?‍♀️

Flatirons has conducted multiple types of surveys at our property as we progress through the various Building Permit requirements for Boulder County. They are incredibly thorough and even called us to alert us when a couple of monument markers were inadvertently moved by others. Very professional and responsive--highly recommended!
