Overall

They don’t care at all about the communities they work in, often starting before 7am (legal time), leave trash everywhere, and do nothing at all to fix it. But the occasional email or meeting to gaslight the community before they trash it for years on end. Specifically ray porter is a jerk beyond belief

I had a job as journeyman carpenter at Saunders. I’m a journeyman in the 555. I was there over a year. In short, this company seems to care about their carpenters until they run out of work or when things get slow. They benched me and my entire crew except for my foreman which seems to be an ongoing thing around the slow season. I get it, but they did it to all of us with zero phone call and sent us to a job with one day of work and conveniently told us they would call us back. I’ve moved on to better things, but still no call. Saunders is a promising company with extremely poor communication and management. Really thought I might retire there. Oh well.

Employees steal tools and carts. Unprofessional when caught with said items in their possession. Boulder jobsite 9-12-23. Get better employees!!

This general contractor is fun to work for! I got to help out, for the day, as day labour, in their Regis Jesuit project.
.
The masonry is VERY pretty!
.
But I had a ton of fun doing earth work by hand with the concrete placement contractor. And, the GC even let us eat lunch in their on-site trailer, now that's lit!!
