Dakine employees are courteous, punctual, and most of all - helpful. Do NOT waste your time with Sears Home Warranty - I cancelled mine. Dakine fixed the problem the first time and they offer service and parts warranty with their work. I'll use them again in the future. Strongly recommended.

Trent was on time with a 15-20 minute “on his way” text. He was very quick at taking apart the dryer and diagnosing the issue- pulley wheel for the drive belt failed. His estimate for parts and labor to repair was very reasonable. He’ll be back tomorrow morning to finish the repair. Very pleased so far.

My experience with Dakine was top knotch. Drew my Technician was polite courteous and punctual. He let me know when he would be at my home and did his job very well. He was clean and quiet which is a must as we have two small children in the house. He repaired my stove without waking up the kids. I generally struggle to get a cup of coffee without doing so. I called appliance repair companies that I used in the past and they were slow to even respond. I received a return call about 15 mins after I placed an inquiry. They were able to come out the next business day. They provided good updates via text as to keeping me informed as to when they would show. The technician (Cameron) was right on time. He was thorough, and patiently walked me through the details of the issue. He even provided good tips as to how I can keep the filter easily cleaned. I felt the prices were very fair, but it was the efficiency and excellent service that went beyond price.

Dru was extremely professional, timely, communicative, and clear about different options. He is very knowledgeable about houses and appliances. Our dishwasher was making noises and he gave the options to repair or replace. We decided to replace due to it being 24+ years old. Great response and service. Friends shared their experience with Dakine Appliance Repair which is why we contacted them. Cameron was our service tech. He was thorough, explaining the best approach to fix both our oven and dishwasher. His work was great, even showing us some things about our oven that we hadn't found in the manual. Both appliances were repaired, rather than replaced. Communication was handled well, keeping us updated throughout the process of getting the parts needed and then scheduling the appointments.
