Top notch service from Eric and Kathel! Had about 3” of sinking concrete in my office space and they got it back to level within a couple hours. It’s messy work but they did a great job cleaning up as much as they could after the job was complete. Thank you and would recommend to anyone!

Edit Review:: The rebar that was claimed that was in my garage foundation was non existent, my sidewalk could have been lifted (which I was going to use A1 for) instead of it being completely replaced! I replaced my entire sidewalk due to his advice. I had several bids for my sidewalk to be lifted, and he was the first one to claim that there was rebar. I respected his honesty, and decided to be diligent. Eric also claims that my sidewalk was beyond repair (it was not).That it has rebar in my porch, it does not! I attached the picture to show my walkway was not "utterly" destroyed .

Please do your due diligence before using this company!

I have had excellent experience with A1 Concrete Leveling and cannot recommend them highly enough. About 4 years ago they came out and raised the end of the 3-car driveway at the garage and the step off the patio. They did an excellent job and the price was reasonable.

Due to water runoff (not their fault) the seals at the joints needed to be replaced. Even though I am past the 3 year warranty they came out and redid the seals at no cost. They even accommodated my urgent schedule. Eric was very helpful and personable and did an excellent job.

They have been very responsive when I have contacted them.

I found A-1 Concrete through Keller Homes because my basement slab was settling (if you have a trouble Keller Home.... please reach out). They were efficient and easy to work with, and they continued to be easy to work with through the warranty period as the slab continued to settle. When I reached out after a quiet period of a couple of years, Eric got back to me immediately and got the ball rolling again. On the day of service, he was very communicative of what he was observing with videos and photos, trying to direct us to see what might be causing our issue.

I have been impressed with not only the service but also how Eric operates his business. I have mentioned many times that they must use excellent client tracking software.

I'll continue to update this review as the situation in the basement progresses.

Our driveway needed significant repairs and estimates to remove and replace it were astronomical. One concrete company suggested we call A-1 Concrete Leveling to see if it was a candidate for 'mud jacking'. A-1 came to the rescue and was able to salvage our concrete driveway for a small fraction of the price. Before and after pics attached. I highly recommend their service.
