We were very impressed with the Rusin's team; from the estimator Amanda who was spot-on (even with today's fluctuating costs), Project Coordinator Lindsay who worked with us through delays on our end and replied to our early morning emails and calls to ensure a smooth project, Customer Service Foreman Shean who ensured all the engineer plans lined up and adjusted some items on-site with last minute updates from us, and the courteous, hard-working crew who completed the project quickly and accurately (even when mother nature threw some storms our way) and the jobsite was left clean. If you have a difficult residential concrete foundation project I highly recommend this company. My project was at 10,000 feet on the side of a mountain with unpaved narrow roads and tight work spaces. Nobody wanted to take on the job with so much work going on in easier to access areas. It took a little coaxing and a face to face meeting with Kirk but they agreed to take on the project and I can say without hesitation that they did a fantastic job. Rusin has talented and friendly personnel and all of the right equipment to get the job done efficiently and with the highest level of quality. It only took 5 days on the job site and my foundation was in and ready for me to move forward with the build. They breezed through all of the inspections and the whole experience was hassle free. Great company with great people from the guys on the job site to the staff in the office to the owners of the company.

We hired Rusin to pour our foundation for a large custom home. First off, these guys are indeed very fast and efficient from the office communication to the actual job site management. Communication was great and they completed our foundation in 9 days (~140yd of concrete). Given the complexity of the job we did have a few minor issues in the end, however Rusin did a very good job of listening to our concerns and coming up with a solution that worked for both them and us. I would recommend checking out Rusin if you're looking for a fast, efficient, and reliable foundation contractor.
