Moving from out of town and lots of moving parts involved. Didn’t have a lot of time to get things done and Ethan was able to fit me in on a Saturday. Ethan and Jessica arrived promptly, greeted me and got to work. Like a well oiled machine, they thoroughly inspected the house with amazing efficiency. They even took time to answer any questions or concerns I had and provided me with thoughtful answers.

Following the inspection, Ethan and Jessica went over the report with me. They each ensured I had a complete understanding of the information and fully explained each item of note and its significance on the home, as well as provided recommendations for a solution.

The report is incredibly professional and can be found in multiple formats for sending to other parties and to reference each area of the home from top to bottom. It even includes videos.

Arrow Home Inspections pricing is beyond reasonable for the level of service, expertise and professionalism you will receive. They also offer discounts for active duty/veterans and first responders, which is a becoming harder and harder to find.
