Dakota completed our home inspection, he was extremely thorough and educated us on where everything is located and how it works, along with when we need to get maintenance done . Journey Inspections overall was amazing and we would definitely recommend them :)

Dakota was extremely nice and updated us along the way of things that stood out the most which ended up being the most critical on the report. We did a general inspection including sewer and radon, as well as a mold test due to some water spots we saw. In 38 years of being married, we have bought and quite a few homes and properties. Journey inspection was by FAR the most thorough, to the point it would almost concern me if I saw that they were inspecting a house I was trying to sell! The attention to detail was unreal.
Our homeowner had bought the house a few years ago, and had a pretty professional and detailed binder which he let us read. Journey caught so much more. Don’t get me wrong, not all of them are earth shattering, but they are things that need to be fixed or replaced or done
We will have a to do list after we move in the house (not going to make the home owner do ALLLL of it!)
