4 separate times we have called Affordable plumbing to get our water heater fixed, and after the 4th attempt to diagnose and fix the issue we decided to take their recommendation to replace the whole unit. After doing so, and paying close to $3,000 in service charges, the pilot light still does not stay lit. This is after numerous visits with explanations of the situation and the problem has NEVER been properly diagnosed or solved. This should have been one call and done, with a thorough inspection completed at the first visit. It doesn’t feel great to get charged insane hourly rates for unknowledgeable and inexperienced technicians when the service is not up to standard.

Not affordable at all. $370 for 10 minutes of work to adapt a line for a new dishwasher install with a $10 part. Horrendous pricing and they tried to make it sound better by offering to inspect other plumbing needs for the “rest of the hour” I paid for. Initial quote was based on them stating it would be a lot of work and time to make the adaptation, yet still charged me that amount after the quick fix. . Not even sure if it works since dishwasher will be fully installed tomorrow. Technically the work was done- hoping it stands up but won’t use them again. I will edit this review if they make it right to a fair price for the actual service provided.

Unfortunately the HVAC part of this company is not up to par with what we experienced with their plumbing services. Had a great experience with them. Troy gave me the run around and couldn't even provide an estimate after I was told initially they handle my type of work. Wasted so much of my time I won't be going back for any type of work in the future.

After moving into my home recently my hot water heater didn't seem to be working. The home inspector had mentioned that it was not permitted and I had already scheduled Affordable to come out later in the week to give me a quote for replacing that and for several other projects. This plumbing company had been recommended to me by my insurance agent. I called and asked if someone could help me get the HW heater started. They sent Dylan who came within 90 minutes. He resolved the problem for no charge. While he was here he gave me a quote for the other projects I wanted done including replacing 3 toilets, the pressure valve on the water line, and all the stops and tubing under the sinks, as well as install a new kitchen faucet.
Dylan and Ben came yesterday to do the work. They were top-notch in every way. Not only are they professional, efficient, and very skilled plumbers, both took pride in doing the work correctly, not cutting corners. They were very also tidy while doing each project, protecting my floors and carpets from dirt and water. At the end of the day, they removed all the empty cartons and trash. I was very impressed through the entire process. Dylan and Ben are true assets to the company. I would recommend Affordable Plumbing to others

We had the worst experience with Affordable plumbing when they came out to add a shutoff valve to our refrigerator water line which was a simple fix and $30 part. The technician was literally in our house less than 10 minutes to do the repair. He charged us $570!!!!! What a rip off company. Do not use this company as they overcharge for their services and know they are trying to take advantage of senior citizens.
And they have not returned my husband’s call to discuss the outrageous price to do a simple job to add a shutoff valve. SMH.

James and Ben saved the day. Our hot water croaked and the access point was quite tricky. They worked tirelessly extracting the old one and installing the new one. I left for work but had no concerns with them working while I wasn't home. The install wasn't simple and they finished up around 8 pm. They cleaned everything up when they were finished and explained everything to me when I asked about the process. They checked carbon monoxide levels and made sure everything was safe and good to go. The state inspector came the following morning and said, " wow, they did a really good job". I can confidently say that I am very pleased with their professional install. 10/10 would recommend

I am a VERY HAPPY customer. After discovering a small leak in my hot water line coming from the hot water heater into the bathroom, I called Affordable Plumbing. I live in a mobile home. The mobile home office recommended Affordable. After calling Affordable Plumbing, they scheduled same day service with their tech, Dillan. I am over the top happy & content with everything that Dillan fixed. He explained how a repair to a mobile home could be a bit tedious, however, Dillan's experience with this plumbing matter helped my nerves & worries vanish. I was impressed with how he explained what needed to be done. The best thing about it was that Dillan completed everything in a very knowledgeable & professional manner. He also advised that I become a member in their program which covers the cooling & heat pump systems, electric system, plumbing & drain cleaning & heating & boiler system. I became a member & feel very secure that if I have an issue with any of the above, I will be taken care of. Thank you, Dillan! It was a pleasure to have you fix the water the water line.

Johnny & Mario were amazing! They went the extra mile on my laundry room/ bathroom remodel and their expertise was appreciated. They knew what they were doing and made sure their part of the project was done accurately and efficiently. Even when my drywall tech sealed their wires and recessed their j-boxes behind a double layer of drywall, they came back a second time to make drywall repair easier for him! I won’t hesitate to call them again for the next project, whether it is big or small! These are guys that treat your home like it’s their own and every homeowner appreciates that.
