Thank you, Ed! I'm so grateful for Ed. We had a plugged toilet and I'd tried several things to clear it. All unsuccessful. I called Ed, he said he could come over after he finished his last job around 5 pm. When he showed up, he had it cleared in 10 minutes! Whew! So glad he was able to clear the clog.

Today (11/23/2023) is indeed a Happy Thanksgiving Day because of all the plumbing miracles that Mr. Ed Buss of Always Plumbing and Heating has performed on my home!

Yesterday on Thanksgiving Eve, Mr. Buss, made time to come to my house on short notice after he had already finished a full day’s work. In just an hour, he replaced a splash guard, a drain basket, and a soap dispenser in my kitchen sink. He then recovered a contact lens that had fallen into the overflow drain of my lavatory. This contact lens had been missing for most of this year!

My wife and I still fondly remember Mr. Ed Buss replacing our home heating and hot water system in 2019 after a corroded water tank flooded our basement. That was a complex and arduous endeavor (see photo), which Ed finished just as Thanksgiving Day and winter approached. Since then, we have remembered Always Plumbing & Heating as the angel that brought warmth, comfort, and joy to all the holiday seasons that have followed!

Ed was the best plumber we have every worked with! He helped us as we were renovating our bathroom, moving our toilet and sink, and re-plumbing our shower. Ed explained what he was doing, and even help give us advice on other things we were working on that we were doing ourselves (like how to install our bathroom tub). He was so kind and generous, and we could not recommend him highly enough!

Ed, Ann, and Always Plumbing are my go to for any water related issues that I might have. The first time I worked with Ed, he installed a new water line and outdoor spigot. Ed worked with me to determine the most efficient and cost effective approach to get the job done right. I recently called Always Plumbing concerning an issue I was having after installing replacement parts in my shower system. Over the phone, and at no cost to me, Ed was able to give me the solution to problem and I completed the work myself within two minutes, after all, I created it!

The bottom line is that Always Plumbing genuinely loves helping people. The work will be done, done right, and at a price that will not break the bank. They are my plumbing recommendation when anybody asks if I "know a guy."

We used Ed with Always Plumbing to fix a leak under our kitchen sink. Our kitchen remodelers badly botched the under-sink plumbing to the point that Ed really had to work to correct what should have been a fairly easy repair. He did figure it out, and the leak has not returned. He also tidied up some other sloppy work under there for no extra charge. We were very pleased with his work and will definitely use him again.

My experience with the staff at Always Plumbing, as well as their service, was excellent. Debbie, their receptionist, was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Ed came to our house twice, first to look at our (very old) water heater, and a second time to replace it. Ed was very honest and fair in his assessment, and incredibly knowledgeable. When he came out to replace our water heater he was quick and efficient. The price we paid at installment was exactly the price he quoted us, and based on my research their prices were fair and competitive. I would highly recommend their service!

Ed, from Always Plumbing & Heating, just finished a service call at our house. He correctly diagnosed what the likely cause of each of my two issues was and gave me a quote of what it would cost to fix. In my case, a poorly installed garbage disposal with an ill-fitted gasket, and a burst pipe between the back faucet and the waterline in the basement. Spot on evaluation, excellent work, and he rightly called out how much time it would likely take before he started. He even let me watch a great deal of his work - hopefully I wasn't a bother - which was very educational. His years of experience and expertise were never in doubt. Despite the cost and hassle of needing plumbing repair, it was a pleasure doing business with Ed and Always Plumbing & Heating. Thank you!
