John Uribe with Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Colorado Springs drove out to our rental home (remodeled in 1941). He did a wonderful job and before he arrived, we had in hand a very detailed estimate/invoice that we accepted. The end result was exactly what he outlined and the price the same.
It's wonderful to find a company who cares about their customers, they are honest, friendly and knowledgeable! I will tell everyone I know about this 5 star individual and his company Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Colorado Springs.

Mr Rooter is my go to. They always have same day appointments and never try to up charge. Unfortunately I don't remember the male Techs name, but he came with a female named Mia (great to see women in the field), both were awesome! The customer service is second to none and pretty affordable depending on the job of course. They always show on time and have never failed to fix my issues.

Benjamin Brown came to help us and could not have been more helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable, walked us through our next steps, and gave us affordable options moving forward. In a world where customer service has drastically declined, it was refreshing to see that great customer service still exists. I will definitely be using Mr. Rooter in the future and asking for Benjamin to assist us.

Newer Oakwood home, kitchen sink backed up after running the dishwasher after dinner. Called around 10pm, service arrived at 9am the next morning and fixed it. Gentleman who did the work was great, put down floor coverings, no chit-chat, just did the job and out. Perfect.

This company is efficient and very friendly. We have had issues with our newly constructed home and I will definitely need work done and WILL be requesting Brent to come back to the property again. Highly recommend this company. We are going through so much with our contractors, it’s been a breathe of fresh air having a company that does their job and cares. Richard Henry was a life saver. The water in my house was turned off by refrigerator repairman because of massive leak. The handle on waterline to fridge was frozen. Richard answered his call within an hour or so and replaced the valve. He turned water to the fridge off and back on in the rest of the house. Richard was extremely knowledgeable, respectful and kind. I would definitely call on him again because of his excellent service!! Please thank him again for me!

I called when I had a kitchen sink that would not drain and I was worried there was a much larger issue. The office receptionist was very warm and helpful and sent Michael out to help me within just a few hours of me calling. I did not expect such a fast response!

Michael came out and walked me through what he was doing and what the problem was. He was very quick and efficient and had our sink working like new in less than an hour. I was impressed!

The pricing was also incredibly reasonable. I will definitely be calling Michael and the Mr Rooter team for any future plumbing issues we have!

These guys are very professional and very hard working people! I’ve been blue collar all my life, so speak from experience! Really didn’t know how much time, hard work and technical advancement goes into a project like mine.They did a complete sewerage line replacement from the city sewer tap to my house with 2 new clean outs . I’d like to give out a special thanks to Karl for helping me get this job started and the rest of the guys a solid “Thanks for all your hard work??!!!”and making it a pleasurable experience!! First off the lady that answered the phone at Mr. Rooter was awesome, she was able to get a repair person out to our house within a few hours. Then Benjamin showed up and isolated the pipe leak quickly (in the crawl space)and had it repaired in no time, Benjamin was just Wonderful! He was courteous,friendly, knowledgeable,respectful and always had a smile! Thanks to all that gave us this Awesome service.
