I would not go to this place if your pool needed to be fixed! They do business very poorly and recently laid off almost every employee without warning. Management doesn't care about you or your pool needs. They only care about your wallet. If they reach out to you about a new start-up business, understand it's the same idiot in charge and the same person who ran front-range aquatech into the ground.

I love that they have an on call team. I love that they leave notes on the front door if we are unable to be there at the same time as cleaning or maintenance. Everyone on their team is very informative and knowledgeable.

I have been using Front Range Aquatech for the past five years and they always have the nicest polite employees who are very knowledgeable and take great care of our pool.

Service guys who work here are nice. However, I would not trust anyone in the office. Jessica strung me along for 6 weeks to get service guys out. They came out finally couldn't fix the heater issue and then put me on the waitlist for another 4 weeks to get service people out again to finish the job. Now I'm stuck with a pool with no heater in June while I started getting this addressed in April. I wouldn't waste your time with this company.

About a month ago we had a need to have someone check out our pool after our pump stopped working. The two men that came were able to fix the pool within 15 minutes, which was great. The pump just needed to be primed again (We are new to owning a pool).
About two weeks later we received our bill. So, we called to pay and discussed the need to schedule the winterization of our pool. The person who helped us pay our bill told us at that time they would let "Doug" know and that "Doug" would give us a call to put us into one of the few slots they have left. Two weeks later, we've left an additional 4 voicemails, and called 6 separate times and we still have not spoken with Doug, but have been informed we're too late to get on the schedule as there are no other timeslots left. Quite a frustrating experience as new home/pool owners in Colorado Springs.

Front Range Aquatech has always been great to work with! For over 10 years I have been buying all of my pool chemicals and parts from Front Range. And I’ve always been treated extremely well and given a fair price. I have also had great experiences with the service and construction departments.
