We are super pleased with Elite! They installed this quartz top on our newly installed office cabinets. They had to bring the quartz top upstairs, but never once complained about the extra effort. Also, a very reasonable price for the installation. Definitely will be using them again when we configure a new kitchen.

After reading all of the glowing endorsements regarding Elite Granite Tops, regarding their superior service, I would whole heartily agree. So instead of restating what many other customers have said, I will add some reasons why I chose Elite over others that I had give me estimates. In one instance the estimate I received was exactly twice that of Elites. The other estimate was comparable to Elite’s, but the sales person was going to charge to have someone come out and measure or I could take my own measurements and send pics to get a approximate estimate. What is also nice about Elite is they they give you a new sink, knowing that if your wanting new countertops, your old nasty dinged and scratched sink will detract from the countertops. Elite also has seven levels of granite. Every countertop installer I spoke with only had three levels. So you have the option to upgrade to a more detailed granite that may better suit you. I chose a level four for my kitchen and a level one for my basement. When I was walking into Lowe’s I saw they had an outside display of their granite countertops and my level one is absolutely beautiful with a pattern throughout the granite and Lowe’s level one was extremely painful to look at since it had no discernible pattern and what little pattern it did have looked like a kid trying to grow a beard and having only growing patches here and there My level one granite was comparable to their level three, and they had nothing that even came close to my level four kitchen granite. And really why spend the money for granite countertops if not to have a piece of art to look at. Also I had ordered a new gas stove to go in the kitchen island, and the stove was a week away from being
delivered when my countertops weee installed. The store apologized for the delay and emailed me the rough in specs and said just to have the countertop installers cut it to those specs. The installer told me that the rough in specs were usually wrong and offered to come back out and cut the opening after the stovetop was delivered at no cost. He was absolutely correct, and the rough in measurements were almost 2” off, and the installer even put the stove in to make sure it fit. I also appreciated that when Anastasia initially came out to my house for the free estimate, she suggested more modern changes they could make to the countertops that you see in new homes, and not what was fashionable twenty years ago when the house was originally built. I also like that they work six days a week, and i would occasionally receive text updates from the project coordinator Yulia; at 7am letting me know the status of my instillation. I especially appreciate that they broughf enough help to be able to easily maneuver a single piece of granite that weighs over 400 lb, so that there were no mishaps. I would highly recomend Elite Geanite Tops

We had elite do an outdoor kitchen for us. We usually use another large granite place in town but elite had the leathered granite we wanted and at a much better price. Overall we were happy with the product and service. Only giving 4 stars rather than five because some of my overhangs were not equal. I don’t know if that was because of such a quick template and it was his mistake at measuring or because of mis cutting or install. But none the less, in the area where our smoker is one side has a 1 inch overhang and the other has a 2.25 inch overhang. Also giving 4 stars because at install I asked them to seal all the edges that water could possible leak through and he essentially said no because he didn’t have enough caulking. They even left an entire section next to the house with a 1/2 inch gap between house and granite unsealed/filled. I ended up doing it myself and it took only 1 tube and no time at all so it wasn’t a big deal but just figured when they installed I could expect them to seal all edges and fill all the gaps.

Yuliia from Elite Granite Tops contacted me and apologized for the miscommunication and offer expedite installation and ask if I'd allow them to correct the mistake. I decided to give them a chance and continue with the exact measurement/quote and eventually proceed with the installation. Pre-installed steps have some hiccups with the quoting software but no big issues. I went over to the site to select the slab that is in stock to use and the showroom/site is quite small (I have worked with one in the past during a house construction which has a huge showroom but that was in MN). They could get something else from the pictures catalog but that may take longer to acquire. Another thing to note is you should check the final measurement yourselves to double check. Any correction at this stage is much easier than later. We did have to adjust the length of one small piece after the final measurement.
The install process went smoothly. The installers were very careful with the pieces during the install to not damage your cabinets/appliances. There were some minor problems that show up with faucet hole, the front portion of the undermount sink and the installers did some adjustments and they turn out great. The only thing that could have been better is the cleaning. They did clean up afterward but there is still a little bit of glue, caulks, etc. and lots of dusts. Afterward, I see there is one corner that could be round up and I'll ask the installers to see if they can round that corner (in the 2nd picture). The plumbing portion went fine and this is what lean me toward going with Elite Granite is that they provide full service and you just need to negotiate in the contract.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Elite Granite is not a a huge operation but they did a pretty good job and cost is very competitive compare to others similar operations in CoS.

This review is just on my estimate/quote experience. About 2 weeks ago, I emailed for a quote to replace all of the kitchen countertops and backsplash on Friday. Got the quote back on Monday and I emailed back with a question. Their quote was just slightly higher than Planet Granite but Planet Granite states they don't handle the plumbing disconnect. Never got an answer back from the quote question so I called and was able to verify that Elite Granite quote includes plumbing disconnect/reconnect. The person answered the phone can't answer other quote questions and took my name/number so the quote person can call back. I was going to go with this place but never got a call back over a week later (and no answer via email either). I was hoping to get the kitchen done before moving in but now we have already moved in and will take more time to find a contractor that is more willing to do business.

I purchased granite counter tops from this company and the turn around time was amazing. Unfortunately that is the only good thing I can say. The installation quality was extremely poor with the holes for my faucet being off center and several chips in the edge of the counters. They also damaged my cabinets when they installed the sink by pushing the false drawer openings in front of the sink down in their opening to the point the doors would no longer fit. The first person sent to fix the problem was rude and denied that he had damaged the cabinets and that the faucets were off center. I also had some serious fissures beside the sink. A second pair of workers were sent out to supposedly fix the problem with the holes and fissures but not my cabinets. They insist the fissures are normal and are not a crack or issue. They did try and add some epoxy to fill them but that failed within a week and they did not have the tools to fix the off center holes but said they would be back when they had a core bit they needed to order. Three weeks and zero communication and they never came back. At this time I emailed them and the owner Yulia decided to look at it in person and she insisted the granite is ok and that she was never told that they needed to return. As this is highly unlikely that the workers would not inform her of the situation and is hard to swallow. If everything goes ok you will be happy but they will not honor any repair or fix any damage if they make a mistake. Dealing with Yulia completely changes once their is an issue. Note the lack of a gap in front of the sink between the drawer fronts and cabinet doors requiring a trim carpenter to fix. This was done by the installer but Granite co will not even address it. Buyer beware This not a reputable business and any problems will not be fixed. If they fix any of these issues I will update my review

We're very happy with our new granite bathroom vanity! Their pre-cut countertop sizes make install super fast and affordable. The installers were professional and courteous and even came back to adjust the sink placement to our satisfaction. Not the biggest color selection in the pre-cut sizes, but if you want fast and affordable, Granite Co is a great option.
