Overall

When installing my sink, instead of using the actual mounting hardware, they put a load of glue everywhere (the glue also damaged my cabinets). As a result, the sink stressed and cracked in 1 month. When I called them to ask them to fix it per the warranty, they threatened to sue me.

I cannot overstate how poor a job they did installing my sink, and how callously and cruelly they treated me when I asked them to fix it. They also censor negative reviews on this page. Anytime I try to attach pictures showing how poor their sink install was (the sink broke in 1 month as a result), this review gets censored.

The Products are great and look wonderful. The services were all great except for one thing, the installers dinted the door on my regenerator door, which now will cost me up to $400.00 dollars to replace. I just purchased this only a year ago. I know it had to be when they were bringing the Granite in to install, because its not a scratch but a impacted dint, with only a solid corner of the granite would have made. I wish I would have noticed it before they left, but did not till the next day cleaning around the refrigerator.

Short review: Beware of sales pressure and get multiple quotes.
Long review: The product and installation was OK, but commitments made by Sales were unfulfilled. Our experience working with the office staff to resolve the problems was unusual. They acknowledged that there was a problem, but our requests to speak with management about the issue were met with repeated excuses and there was never any follow through. I'm in a new house and learned from this mistake, received multiple quotes on multiple products. I got great results and it's costing me less money this time around.

Had an issue after intial installation 3months later, reached out and it was fixed as soon as they could get experienced technician out. Tom and A-Jay were awesome, issue was caused by unforseen problems caused by my original setup. Looks amazing now, thanks for your help Tom. What a pleasant experience from start to finish!
The salesman, Worth, was always professional and very responsive. There was no high pressure, no change in what we originally discussed and very transparent thru the entire process.

Sam, the store person, was very helpful and made sure I was in the know throughout the entire process.

Brian and Cory showed up and immediately got to work. They communicated about the process along the way and took great care in handling the product and our appliances.

Needless to say, we are very happy with our decision to go with Granite Transformations. I highly recommend them.

So far so good. Getting our kitchen counter tops redone, sink and faucet redone and the material is scratch and heat proof with lifetime warranty! Not cheap, but lifetime warranty will ensure decades of beautiful kitchen work. Best thing is they don't rip out old counter tops but work the new material over existing tops to minimize mess and labor time costs to install. Beautiful product that will significantly add $$$ to the value of your home and will wow your friends and family!

I am SO glad I decided to go back to Granite Transformations to do my bathroom renovation (they did my kitchen a few years ago which I love). I got another bathroom contractor to quote it but GT was by far the better choice to me for several reasons. Although the costs were similar, Tom (owner) took the time to work on my project himself and make sure all the small details were taken care of from referring me to a plumber to making sure he left the area clean without a trace that construction was done and I could go on and on about how much I love the look and quality of the materials they installed! I love my new bathroom and walk-in shower so, so much and it's all thanks to the hard work and quality workmanship of everyone at GT. I'd highly recommend them to anyone for their renovation needs. You won't be disappointed if you use them, I can guarantee that.
