They came to my residence for an inspection one month ago. At this point no quote has been provided to me. During the inspection I was advised they were scheduling a few weeks out for repairs. After not hearing anything at all for a while, I made a follow-up call to the business and they indicated they would ensure the inspector follows up, which he did... promising a quote in a couple days. Its been another 14 days since I called them and experiencing these delays and poor communication even before getting to the job itself is not a good sign from my viewpoint. I've waited a month without obtaining competitor quotes as I didn't have any concerns with using them, but now I feel I've delayed the job by wasting time waiting for them to reply.

I have given this company plenty of opportunities to do their job the right way I kept all the pictures just in case. The first 8 pictures are work they did and said was completed and I gave them an opportunity to fix it, without posting anything on how bad they did. They did come out and fix it eventually, it took them a whole month to do so. The picture of my garage if you look at it the gutter was hung way wrong and they had to call a professional to come out and fix it and he did an amazing job. The last 3 pictures are for warranty work this is also work they think is complete and they guy was rude to my wife. Honestly I don’t know how they have 5⭐️. They have terrible communication skills and they don’t have anyone check on a completed job, they just take the word of whoever they send out. Oh and all they do is sub-contract other people/ companies to do the job they do not have their own team of people accept sales men.

Aside from my sales person who did a great job there was no one, and I repeat no one from the Integrity roofing that reached out to me personally before or after job completion. Also there was no one from integrity who came to oversee my roof other than the roofing crew which was contracted out with integrity but none of their formal employees ( again aside from the sales associate). When I call, I could never get a hold of anyone nor get a call back specifically regarding my concerns about job completion . The sales person ended up leaving the company due to poor management which I found out later and it seems that correlates with this experience I have had.
Apparently the owner lives out of state and is “hands off” for the most part. I guess these guys buy up a good company like this one with a 5 star rating and just cash cow it till doing a poor job becomes a problem and they sell it off? I dunno, but can’t say I recommend them or found anything they did on the company side useful outside of the initial sales associate. I think people can do better than this company
Edit 6/11- I called to get an invoice needed for the payoff from my insurance company on Friday which this message was left with personal assistant who would pass along. Owner contacted me to discuss concerns in this review. He was professional and kind to listen to me and did address the needed invoice at time of call, then Sunday night.
It it Tuesday night and no invoice in email, no call, no text, nothing. Just passing along the objective information here as this will be what you can expect as one customer to another. I mean the invoice might have been the saving grace in changing this review. This company has simply ran itself too thin to function despite owners best intentions? Again I just don’t know

Worst possible experience!!! They lied to us multiple times. Did not communicate with us. There was constant confusion about who was doing what. The four day job took seven weeks. They hire a sub contractor from out of state. None of the crew spoke english. They did not use proper safety equipment. They made a huge mess. They damaged our landscaping. Took naps in my neighbor's yard. I got a flat tire from one of their screws. They are not the same company I used 11 years ago. I would give ZERO STARS if possible!

I already was ignored by your people.

Called Integrity roofing at the beginning in January 2024. Jackson came out and identified the repair we needed and promised to send an estimate. He explained at that time that they were a few months out. We were fine with that. We never received the estimate. We've been calling and calling. Finally got Jackson on the phone today only to be told that they aren't doing any repairs until 4th quarter. This is not how customers should be treated. Needless to say we'll be contacting another roofer.

Our house was hit by hail in June of 2023. My in-laws had used Integrity Roofing and had a great experience so they recommended we do the same. We are so thankful we did. Troy Richert was wonderful to work with. He helped answer all of my questions and was always willing to go find out more information if I needed it. When our insurance was being difficult, Integrity Roofing made sure we had any information we needed and were great about following up with us as we waited on adjusters. After reading rave reviews, I called Integrity about a loose tile on our roof. Within 2 hours, John arrived at our house and despite gusty winds, he ascended to our second story and placed and sealed the rogue tile that had left a gaping hole in our roof!
