Brent K was great to work with on a repair that was needed for our church building. He came out immediately to do a temporary repair, just to be nice, then got us scheduled for the permanent fix. The team was sent quickly and got the source of a bad leak covered. The customer service was awesome.

“Professionally sealed” three skylights in late February. One is leaking due to it not being sealed properly. Called to request that they come repair it, and all phone calls and messages have been ignored. This company is horrible.

Sadly, one of my closet friends established this company. It was purchased following his death. It breaks my heart to see the new owners have run the name into the ground... Peak View has put numerous roofs on my home... Dealing with them following our summer hail storms has become UNBELIEVABLE! They do not return phone calls, dealing with insurance companies is all up to you! They do not even respond to the insurance company when sent several documents etc. Following several weeks (now into months) of trying to simply have a roof placed on my home, doing their job for them with my insurance company, etc. has become too much!
I have decided to start this process all over again finding a new company!!!

THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY! THE CONTRACTORS HAVE NO RESPECT FOR YOUR PROPERTY! They fried/broke many of my shrubs, and badly burned my grass by using heavy PLASTIC tarps in 100° heat! They broke my alarm system sign, and left trash everywhere. I've complained several times only to be disrespected and practically called a liar by having words put in my.mouth. The foreman did a "follow-up" walk through/cleanup of my property the day following the roof install and was here less than 10 minutes! This is their version of "thorough." I even had roof shrapnel INSIDE my garage although the door had been down the entire time they were wrecking my property. The owner is coming out tomorrow to "assess" the damage (basically a CYA visit). This has been a nightmare.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I have to update my review from 1 to 5 stars. The management at this company went above and beyond to remedy the issues I saw. I am very grateful for the attention and care that management addressed the situation with, and I'm even more pleased at the solution that was offered. I would certainly recommend Peak View Roofing, as one of the most moral and ethical businesses I've seen in recent years.

Original: When purchasing a home in Sept 2022, we had concerns about some hail damage and lifting shingles so we asked for these in the inspection objection. What appears to have happened is a friend of the sellers who is an employee of Peak View Roofing, Christopher Schlumpf, came out and filled out a 5 year economic life certification for this roof. We didn't understand how he could do that with the lifting tiles, so we gave Chris a call. He advised us to liquid nails down any shingles we thought were lifting, and that the roof was fine otherwise. Shame on me for accepting this worthless piece of paper because 3 months later those lifting tiles are worse and I now have a leak and are paying for a new roof. Something about this seems like a scam/fraud. I would certainly recommend NOBODY every accept a document like this, as it is just a liability write off for the current seller.

I will say Steve was very polite and professional when speaking to him today, but the whole situation is unfortunate and seems like a scam.

Our project manager, Dave Cain, was great to work with. We needed a new roof and were filing our first insurance claim and Dave was very kind and patient in how he sat down and explained the process and the paperwork with us. He took time to walk the roof with the adjuster and was excellent in his followup. When it was time for the work to start, the roofing crew was there on time and made pretty quick work of the installation. The same was true for the crew installing the seamless gutters. They too showed up early and had them installed in one day. When all the work was finished, Dave helped us settle things with the insurance company. We highly recommend PeakView Roofing and Dave (in particular) if you're ever in need of a new roof, repairs and/or gutters.

Rob was a great project manager. Martín and his crew did a very excellent job. They even went above and beyond on some items that were not necessary but because of the look of the finished product they wanted to make sure it was perfect!

I asked a trusted custom home builder friend what roofing company to use, he said Peak View Roofing. Now I can say personally they work hard to maintain the reputation of being the best.

This happened after the initial consult, after the install, and again once everything was wrapped up. They were so personal, friendly, and professional. In addition to this, they sent me a request for review, which shows that they care and monitor their customers’ experiences. They actively seek feedback, which is indicative of a company that wants to get it right, and they do. I would absolutely recommend them.
