I wanted so much to do business with this company. I emailed them about my project and i got no reply ever. I called and called but it went to voicemail-so I left them a message with my details. I never got a call. I drove about 30 minutes to their store location and I spoke with a guy named David. I told him I was having a hard time getting a reply from the company. He said he didnt know why no one replied. I told him I needed 3 different types of doors for my basement and described the types of doors. He was going to send me information on the kinds of doors suggested and the price. I waited a few weeks and NOTHING. I finally had to go to Home Depot and pay someone to make it work with the sizes Dome Depot had. Its crazy to go above and beyond trying to contact a business 3 different ways and still nothing.

I called Liberty Doors and Windows about an issue with my deadbolt locks. At some point in the conversation, we realized I had purchased my doors elsewhere. This didn’t deter the owner Ted and employee Sam from offering suggestions and trouble-shooting. Ultimately, the issue was resolved. Isaac and Gary came out today in response to a request from us to look into a strange sound from our roll-up awning. They lubricated some hinges and rollers and had everything in working order in a half hour. Also gave me tips on how to perform simple maintenance. Great guys, very efficient. Kolbe windows seem very nice. Nicely installed when it FINALLY happened, LAST WEEK! Ordered windows in February, when they arrived and installed the bay window, it was NOT the size ordered. Somehow, I was made to feel responsible for the failure of Liberty to take correct measurements. Window was reordered...luckily when it finally arrived it was the correct size. However, I had to have 5 installers come to the house, each to LOOK and take measurements, etc. The 5th person was finally the one to do the installation. After MONTHS of delays (yeah, yeah, blame it all on COVID), what consideration did I recieve? 300 off the installation. Whoopie. Had to delay the house painters several times thanks to the poor project planning and communications with Liberty. I was the one who was always following up on the order and installation. Sometimes to the sounds of CRICKETs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Our Kolbe windows and sliding glass doors have been in for 18 years and none of them fog and the metal clad wood has held up well. This is being written on a super windy day and they don’t leak air-windows or doors.

Liberty Sash and Doors = awesome!
We have a 1960's house that needed several exterior doors replaced. We almost gave up after spending hours and hours at Home Depot and Lowe's trying to order doors (working with consultants that could not figure out the computer systems OR simply could not answer our questions).
Luckily, we found Liberty Sash and Doors. They were EXTREMELY helpful. Prices were as good or better than Home Depot and Lowe's. The staff knew what they were doing, providing options and solutions.

Two years ago we ordered several Doors with Jams. This week we went back as we have a unique sized door and they said "no problem, we can have it made to size and it will fit on your current door jam" .. WHAT! I DON"T HAVE TO REMOVE THE DOOR JAM!
We were able to select the door, window configuration, glass style AND Delivery is included at a very competitive price.
