Andrew is a shady business man. Does not return your calls. Makes appointments and does not show up. Now won’t return phone calls or text messages. How is he a business owner?!? All we want is our windows fixed, our home contractor can’t even get a hold of him. This guy is a horrible business man. Take your money elsewhere. Andrew is a cockroach.

Great customer service, but did a terrible job. They came out to replace my window 4 times.

First, had the wrong size glass.
Second, did not bring the right materials and showed up 4 days before the appointment date.
Third, cracked the newly installed window finishing the previous days work.
The fourth time they got everything installed, however, the window has a dent in it.

I get accidents happen but that's extensive for a single-window replacement! Spend your money elsewhere!

In a time when good contractors are extremely hard to find, Ken at Timber Ridge Window & Door could not have been any better. From the very first phone call, I knew I got lucky and had a professional that would do what he said he would do and when he said he would do it. Today, Ken arrived at our home with the replacement window and all the tools necessary to do the job. He was very friendly, competent, and cleaned up after the job was done.
