These guys have an interesting MO. They show up and charge you for the trip charge, but never have any parts on hand. They then schedule the actual repair, which is a secondary visit and includes another trip charge. That’s why they’re so adamant about making sure you know their initial trip charge is $139.

I liked it when service companies had an abundance of parts on the truck.

I’m sure they’re excuse is “there’s no way we can have all the parts on the truck.” Thus there is no effort in doing so.

Overall

I have used Best Service twice now. Once for my oven that was under a coverage plan (3 months ago or so) and most recently for my dishwasher that was not covered by a plan. I have been very impressed with both technicians that came to my home. Professional, polite and knowledgeable. The first technician went above and beyond to fight to make sure my plan covered a very expensive oven part. And the second technician discouraged me from replacing the heating element on my dishwasher when a cleaning of the plastic debris was all that was needed. Highly recommend!

Overall

I loved working with Best Service! They were professional and solved my issue immediately. They even found that another company had installed the dishwasher incorrectly, ordered the needed part and re-installed it. The price was extremely reasonable. The other thing I appreciated is that they came out the day after I called, their follow up when the part came in was efficient. What I appreciate most of all was the technician that came out was kind, polite, professional and explained things so that I could understand him. He didn't rush through the job, he made sure it was all in proper working order. He even showed me a some things on the dishwasher that I wasn't aware of! Thank you! I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them.
