The staff at the Holly location were very courteous. The reason for my one star review is that the stucco color sample I used from them bears little resemblance to the stucco applied to my entire new home! This color does not meet the exterior color requirements of my HOA. I have sent a letter to the Colorado Drywall Supply and also Stocorp, but have not received a response. In all fairness, I am not sure if the error lies with the sample or the mixing of the stucco which was done elsewhere. If I find that the error occurred with the mixing, then I will remove this one star review. I will never use stucco again as apparently there is little color quality control. Hopefully, my experience will serve as a warning to others.
