Nick came to our home to assess why our air conditioner was unable to keep up to the demand during the afternoon heat. He was friendly, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, and he found things that previous vendors we called for this same issue had not found.

He gave us a few options and discussed the trade-offs with us - ultimately with the option we selected he was able to complete the repairs that afternoon. After the repairs the temperature upstairs finally came down while the AC was running, whereas previously the temp would creep up (even with the AC running) on any days 85+.

Based on the experience I'd highly recommend Applewood - we were really pleased with the approach, the service, and the results.

Greg was great. We had another company come out, they wouldn’t even try to fix my water heater because it’s almost 10 years old. They told me I needed to buy a new one. Greg removed the pilot assembly, cleaned the flame sensor, reinstalled the pilot assembly and it worked. Saving me thousands of dollars. The entire process with Applewood was great, they send you a picture, name and information about who is coming to your house. When my water heater does kick the bucket, I will be calling Applewood.

Master Plumber, Jaime Rodriguez, and his team did an outstanding job responding at 6:00 am as requested to fix a serious faucet leak in our kitchen. The fixture, initially installed when the home was built, had failed and been repaired numerous times in the past, but was just inferior. Jaime, with his lengthy experience, showed us a much better replacement faucet and had it delivered quickly and installed the same morning. While waiting for the new faucet, the team discovered that our sump pumps needed replacement with one particularly bad and overflowing. They were pumped out and replaced by much better pumps with extended warranties. They also set up an inspection for service of our water heater which was apparently long overdue. All of the work was outstanding, highly efficient, and done with extremely cleanliness. The professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness made an otherwise undesirable, but necessary, visit a real success! If you ever need expert plumbing experience, I would highly recommend this Applewood team.

I cannot say enough good things about Daniel from Applewood Plumbing Heating and Electric. First he was super prompt. Then, he diagnosed and fixed my AC issue within 20 min after I had been told by another person yesterday that I needed a totally new unit. Our water heater started leaking and was under warranty- although it was towards the end. Applewood completely replaced the heater, no questions asked. It was the easiest repair I’ve ever had. Tony was wonderful! Polite, clean, conscientious and timely. I would absolutely hire him again.

Technician Damien was excellent. He generously allowed me time I needed to think about the 4 options for repair/replacement of AC unit. He answered all of my questions with enthusiasm and no hint whatsoever of impatience. The digital technology Applewood uses to communicate the details for the 4 estimates was clear and easily compared to one another w descriptive text and pictures of replacement parts. I’m an out of state landlord for the property where this AC unit is located. I cannot describe a better experience for getting the AC back up and running for my tenants than the process I experienced today. Thank you, Damien and Applewood, for your commitment to excellence.
