What a pain! Maybe it was just my job, or maybe just because I’m an old man, but I wouldn't let this company roof my dog house.
Roofing delivery arrived unannounced early in the morning. Ok, that’s fine. A week or so later the crew showed up, unannounced at about 6:30 A.M. Still, whatever. Then they broke the line to the swamp cooler on the side of the house. I fixed it. They completely tore off some of the trim pieces on the dormers. I had a guy coming to paint those anyway, so he caulked and put a few nails in. They had no idea of what they needed to do other than the house. They broke the float in the swamp cooler and water was pouring out for at least an hour according to one worker. They told me if I hurry and get a new float they could fix it. And I did get one. They put it in, (which I had to redo) when I went on the roof that afternoon to put the cooler side panel back in. And the cooler is at least an inch and a half out of level. At that time I noticed that the cutter supports were broken and a less than desirable attempt at repair had taken place. I had no contact, so I called the company. I called enough times that they handed me off to the manager. After a while, I would just call whoever called me last in the company. There was a leak at the water heater that was repaired at the same time as the gutter (repair) which I eventually replaced. Nov. 1 there was a wet snow and water was running behind the fascia in the front. Every time I asked about the broken skylight, it was on order. After months of waiting I ordered one and had it within a few days and hired someone to do the work. 5-30 a guy shows up to measure the skylight. He said he tried to come a few days before but the gate was closed. The gate hasn’t been closed in 20 years. Over a year from date of loss and now you're measuring the skylight??? I told him to leave politely. Now they say it wasn’t in the invoice but it was on the original contract. And now they want to see my invoice for the skylight! Maybe I should invoice them for the biohazard dump one of the crew took in my yard!! The hi vis yellow t-shirt wipe is still there. As far as the insurance company knows, I never had all the work completed, because they never received the proper documentation from the roofing company. I lose out on any depreciation cost now because my loss was over a year ago. I paid to replace some gutter, I paid with time and sweat for the swamp cooler repairs, I paid to repair roofing crew damage and I paid for a skylight that was clearly stated in the contract.
Now, I need to pay them so they will just go away!

Ok, I have to give credit where credit is due. I don't know who finally listened to me but they definitely made things right.
Thanks

Could not be more grateful for North West Roofing and Don Graham. It had been 10 years since our last storm. We had hoped that Don was still in the industry and we found him with North West. They and Don have been amazing at guiding us through the process again this time. Communication has been timely and everything has been discussed in detail. I ask a lot of questions during these types and incidents and they have gone above and beyond to respond to them and help me understand the process!

Hats off to North West Roofing and their crew!! They were referred to me by a friend who owns 50 houses and has used them many, many times. They worked with my insurance company to make sure every detail was taken care of in a high quality manner with next to no oversight from me. If a complication arose they would handle it quickly and satisfactorily. While I hope that my roof lasts forever, in the unforeseen circumstances that it does not then I will have no hesitation to contact Paul and crew to come to my rescue. And I would highly recommend anybody needing roofing services to use them also, Thanks Paul, Penny and everyone at Northwest Roofing!!!

Absolutely bizzare behavior by this company. They had a representative coming to our house to make false claims that the contractor we have a sign for pays deductibles and we should take the sign out of our yard, etc. The man didn't have a business card and when i went to get a picture of his truck sign to know who he is with he started recording me and saying he was going to file a complaint and that the homeowners were being hostile? I would never do business this with this company based on this interaction.

I'm specifically reviewing the siding company Northwest Roofing utilizes and Charles Hall. Charles was extremely helpful and responsive with a repair that occurred shortly after they completed a full siding and gutter job on my home. He sent his team out to make it right and complete the repair. If you use Northwest roofing and siding is part of your service you will be very pleased. Also my sales rep Todd was wonderful to work with.

Northwest Roofing is absolutely the best!
They are prompt, professional and do the job right from start to finish.
Charles and Kerry were my project sponsors and bent over backwards to make sure the solar panels were properly reinstalled all the way down to bird netting.
I highly recommend Northwest Roofing for all of your post hail storm needs!

North West Roofing was recommended to us by friends in our neighborhood and we're very glad they did! From first discussion to last everyone was very professional, respectful and great to work with. They did an excellent job on our roof, recommendation of painter, minor repairs and working with our insurance claim representative. There are a lot of roofing contractors out there but for quality, communication, claims knowledge and project management, I highly recommend these professionals!

Nothing but 5-star service from North West Roofing, everything from start to finish.
Patrick went way above and beyond, working with me and my insurance company for 2 years, helping me through the claim. Ultimately, the claim was denied, but the price for paying out-of-pocket was far less than I expected.
Patrick and the crew that installed the roof were top notch, highly recommended.

Updated to 4 stars because Kerry was very kind and came out to our house tonight to see if there was anything he could do to make things right. The workmanship on the roof is great and we appreciate his willingness to see our point of view.
North West Roofing was recommended to us by our Farmers Insurance agent. Our first interactions were great. Kerry, our sales rep, was attentive and responsive. He even met with us on a Sunday (June 11) to finalize roof type and sign our contract.
We were told that the materials would be delivered on June 22nd and the deposit would be collected then. You can imagine my surprise when the roofing crew arrived early on June 16th, ready to begin work.
After the crew was finished, we found quite a few nails and a piece of sharp metal left behind. While we understand that crews do the best they can when cleaning up, we would have appreciated the extra walk around.
