Headache after headache. Take your business elsewhere! Absolutely not worth saving a few bucks versus the other quotes we received, unless you want to project manage absolute chaos and follow up weekly. Craftsmanship was satisfactory but customer service was beyond horrible. I’ve never experienced anything like this.

We have followed up about 10 times as we’re going on 9 months of waiting for our final window that they forgot, even though it was in all the paperwork and quotes. Leo continues to come up with excuses and has recently stopped replying all together. I wouldn’t be surprised if legal action is taken against this company. Cherry on top is one of our windows completely cracked and is only a few months old. Do not use this company!!!!

My advice to anyone who does use this company is if they forget a window from your quote, withhold money and DO NOT PAY for it. That’s the only leverage you will have…. As they love jerking their customers around and giving out empty promises.

If you’re reading this, just know they leave jobs unfinished and could care less. Seriously it’s a risk to do business with this company and their product quality doesn’t last more than a few months. I wish I had considered the other negative reviews before continuing.

RESPONSE TO BELOW:
Of course we’re taking our business elsewhere when you’ve told us it’d arrive in 2 weeks four separate times since all the way back in February. We need the job done and it’s clear CWS can’t execute - we gave more than enough chances. Ever heard of the boy who cried wolf?

We ordered 13 windows and they did a solid job of installing 12 of them, but about a WHOLE YEAR has gone by and they still have not delivered or installed this last window. They keep coming up with excuses and saying the window will arrive in a few weeks. We don't think we will ever get this window and have had to go with another window company. If you need the job done in a timely and reliable manner, STAY AWAY. They just can't get the job done sadly and save yourself the frustration, even if they provide the best quote.

No Stars. Zero. It has been 18-months and they have not finished the job. There is 1 window left on a job of 30 window replacements. Literally 1 window that they have yet to finish replacement. I leave messages at the answering service once per week and they never call back. They did great work with the other 29 windows. But won't finish the job with only 1 window remaining.

I just completed a whole house window replacement project with CWS. Good quality windows and a competitive price..good installation, experienced folks on both sales and installation ends made thiigs go smoothly. We have had two houses done by them now actually and the first is still issue free for over 10 years. Installation went fine with the crew showing up on time, professional.. cleaned up well etc.. there's a lot of stress in deciding on replacement windows; I would recommend getting a bid from CWS.

I was initially upset that CWS would not do just a couple windows that were damaged during a storm. We then decided to replace all the remaining windows which I’m glad we did. I contacted CWS since we used them before. CWS did a great job, the windows look great and match the other windows they did a few years ago. The folks at Colorado Window Source did a terrific job with our Hardie siding. We upgraded from hail damaged vinyl and the additional cost was worth it. You know more severe hail storms will be coming.

The price was fair, the communication was solid, the customer service is outstanding.

The installation crew did real quality work. I have a neighbor with Hardie from another company and our installation is much better. There was a real focus on getting the details right. They are responsive and careful.

We recommend them highly.

We ordered doors 12 weeks ago and CWS scheduled a time for measurements. The guy never showed up and when we called his number, it was disconnected. We had to reschedule.
8 weeks later, we followed up with Paolo to see if there was an update on timing for installation of the doors (we are expecting a baby and made it clear to the team that we’re on a tight schedule). After no response from Paolo for weeks (we followed up every few days), we finally heard back that the team could install on Labor Day, which surprised us and we asked if the team could work on a holiday. Paolo responded that they would definitely work then, only to then call us Labor Day morning to say they couldn’t do the job that day because the warehouse was closed.
We had to reschedule for the following Tuesday. No one showed up. We called multiple times to see where the installation team was and no one could give us an answer. At this point, we'd been stood up THREE TIMES by CWS (they told us we need to reschedule again, which is difficult and stressful with the baby arriving and because they have given us many reasons to believe that they won't show up).
We rescheduled for Friday, 9/15, (my due date). The men who showed up seemed surprised we were leaving, even though CWS told us we had to be out of the house due to lead paint. This did not inspire any confidence that the project would be handled in an appropriate way to mitigate lead dust and paint chips, which is extremely stressful with a baby on the way.
We left and came back to our house at 3:00pm (they estimated 2:00pm to be done) to be told that the garage door they had ordered wouldn't fit correctly, that they wouldn't be able to finish the back door that day, and that they weren't able to start the front door. In addition, the new garage door has scratches all over it.
We have not received any updates on what will happen with the garage door, and can't get a hold of anyone at CWS to understand what they will do to make this right.

Leo and his team did an exceptional job on our siding project and we can't say enough good things about the experience. The crew, headed by Jose (who is absolutely brilliant) were polite, talented and incredibly hardworking. We had 3 different companies bid the job and Colorado Window Source was the most reasonably priced. We are the third house they have done in our neighborhood and all of us a beyond happy. Highly, highly recommended.
