Colorado Inspection Limited was great to work with. They were incredibly flexible and very communicative throughout the entire process. On inspection day itself, they were very thorough, knowledgable and professional. We talked about every room in the home in detail and discussed next options as needed. We then walked through all of the spaces where Buyer needed more clarity and felt well guided moving forward.

I would absolutely recommend Colorado Inspection Limited again in the future to clients, friends and family looking for a professional inspector referral.

Nick Dickason was FANTASTIC for our home inspection. We hired him for an inspection before our 1-year warranty on our new build home is up, and I say it was worth every penny. He answered all of my questions (trust me, I had a lot - it is our first house and of course you don't know what you don't know) and could explain every single piece of our report in detail and in a way we could easily understand. He even found some things about our backyard landscaping work that we did not know about. He is well versed in the codes for the local area AND national codes and was able to tell us exactly what needed to be done to be up to standard.
