End to end the relationship with BlueBird Windows & Doors was extremely positive. The sales representative was extremely friendly, experienced and suggestive related to my storm door. The installers were neat, professional and friendly. Follow up by the owner was immediate (day of install) to finalize the purchase, inspect the install and offer maintenance / protection advice. Overall a wonderful experience and if I or others have the need for doors/windows we will be a repeat customer.

Brian, Kevin and the rest of the Bluebird team provided excellent customer service making sure all my questions were answered and concerns addressed promptly and professionally.
During the post install inspection, Kevin found a factory issue on one of the windows which I would have never noticed and had it corrected by the install crew before they left. The factory also missed putting the grids in an eyebrow window which the Bluebird team promptly addressed and had a new window within a few weeks. Kevin also found a very small hole in the screen which would was barely noticeable and had the screen replaced.
The windows and patio door are good quality and have reduced the road noise from a nearby busy street by a significant amount. They also have great insulation/UV protection which has reduced my heating and cooling bills by $30/month.
I highly recommend Bluebird for the value of the products and their extreme attention to detail and great customer service.

Replaced two sliding-glass-doors and swapped in a picture window in our kitchen (for one of those old aluminum frames with a set of two single pane, egregiously energy inefficient windows that actually frosts over on the cold nights ?‍♂️). One of the sliders has a dog-door built-in!
It always takes awhile for the doors to be built, but once BlueBird had our doors and window from the manufacturer, they were in and out in a day (when they said they'd be there!). Dramatic improvement on heat retention in our kitchen and sunroom. And not that we're in a particularly loud area, but pretty significant noise reduction too.
We had three quotes and they were the best (and we essentially got the picture window for free!). We have a couple of windows upstairs that need to be replaced; we'll definitely be calling BlueBird again! Thanks Rob & Kevin for all your help!

The installation team was excellent and did a great job. I had 9 windows replaced. I will definitely use BlueBird to complete the other windows on my home still needing replacement.
