I'm so greatful I hired Eric to replace our septic system. He is a professional, very knowledgeable and always willing to explain the reasons for the process. Our permit, the engineers visit, and county requirements.
All passed on the first inspection. He took care to finish the surface of our property where the new septic tank and leach field
we're placed.

We ran into a nightmare of a problem with our septic system and leach field. Eric, from American Sewer and Utilities, responded quickly on a Saturday, created a plan and was ready to get to work. We ran into problem after problem, from the original engineering and install, and through it all, Eric waw there. He helped translate information so we could understand what was happening, he came with wonderful resources in engineering, county officials, and electricians, and he communicated with us throughout the entire process. We feel his prices were very reasonable. Eric definitely went above and beyond for our family and we really appreciated it. We are clients for life.

Overall

We had a significant service line replacement that multiple excavators were not interested in. Eric was quick to respond, realistic about the scope of the project, and communicated the ease or difficult routes that our project could have taken. Fortunately, we found ourselves in an easier route but appreciated the insight. Eric was able to tackle our leak with confidence and timeliness. If we have further excavating needs in the future Eric will be my first call.

Overall

I spoke with Eric regarding a sewer line that needs repair/possible replacement. After reviewing the video of the sewer line he thought it could be fixed with a sewer liner instead of a complete repair, and referred me to another company that provides that service. I appreciate his honesty when he could have taken advantage of the situation. If I ever need repair or replacement American Sewer and Utilities will definitely be providing that service!
