Last season, I had an issue with my automatic pool cover and I called Parker Pools to ask about repair. After they cancelled on me twice, the wife and husband combo showed up on my doorstep at 9 am on a Saturday morning (unannounced, mind you). I was more than a little shocked, as I had given up on them making it over at all. I had already decided to just do the repairs myself, but let them look at it anyway. They were at my house for about 15 minutes, just to give me very basic information that I was already aware of. They left and I had quickly forgotten about the whole incident
Months later, I went to the mailbox just to find a bill from Parker Pools for almost 100 bucks! For what?? Showing up at my house, unannounced, just to basically tell me " Yup! Your pool cover has an issue!" ?????!!!!!
I would have been more than happy to use Parker Pools for any repairs, upgrades, supplies, etc., but this incident, which still blows me away, has left a rotten taste in my mouth with these questionable business practices. I need to replace the canvas because of wear and it's quite weathered. I cannot bring myself to call them and get a quote. I might get another bill for 100 bucks just for a phone call...

Terrible service very undependable every year it’s a hassle to open our pool and to get weekly cleanings even after scheduling a year in advance. Then to top it off they don’t even call to let us know or apologize for not making it! Definitely do not recommend them go somewhere else even if you have to pay more!!!

Horrible customer service!!
Been trying to get a pool cover from these guys for the last two and a half months I keep calling him back and they never respond I know it's the busy time of year that's why I've been patiently waiting for a simple phone call I guess it's time to go to plebeian pools.
Never realized them making a phone call could be so stressful LOL

These people are crooks! When I called to get measurements of my pool so I could replace my liner they claimed that they did not install the pool and had never done business at my address. But yet they are the ones who installed the pool and have replaced my liner in the past and have come out to the house for repairs. They don't care about paying customers and they charge ridiculous amounts for jobs that are not completed DON'T use this company!
