After asking friends and looking through reviews, I contacted Italia Granite to request a quote for my kitchen counters. The owner, walked me through the process, from looking at different stone colors and materials, all the way up until installation which went amazing. The crew was attentive and courteous, and even helped out in a few things that werent even part of their job. I appreciate the job that was done at my house and would highly recommend.

Counters went and look fine- however during installation our lazy Susan was taken apart and never reinstall properly. They lost bracket and asked us for it. Even after we offered to pay for new hardware ourselves we never heard back. Very disappointed especially since we never took the lazy Susan apart I the first place and now we have to pay our carpenter to fix what they took apart

This company did a great job overall. They worked with me by sending many many picture via text of slabs so that I could determine what I wanted without having to go into the store lots and lots of times. They answered all my questions over and over when I did not understand and were patient with me. They were understanding of my budget and gave me prices on the stones that I asked about. They showed me slabs on discount to help stay within my budget. The install schedule started out dicey but they really came through for me and installed when I was available. The installation went well..they even helped my contractor remove my counters because he had arrived late and did not have my kitchen ready for them. They pitched in without hesitation to get it done and did not charge me for that. I did not have time to go layout my template on the stone and they told me to trust them because they had experience and would make it beautiful...and they did! Great pattern matching at the seam and nice movement in the large areas. The only thing that it seems they did not do was apply 2 coats of sealer (And I paid for 2) and when I mentioned it to them they left some sealer with me to apply after the first coat was dry. They really went above and beyond for the installation and so it was fine with me that I would apply the second coat myself. Also a little part of our wall was kicked during installation but these things can happen to anyone carrying a gigantic massive stone through a home...not a big deal. They were kind, professional and fun to work with. I would definitely recommend them!! My marble counters are gorgeous! Thank you Marble Italia!

The price was right but when they installed the sill on the shower it had a big brown stain on it which they said would fade and go away on it's own. It didn't. The vanity top was also scratched badly when they installed the back splash. To their credit, they did replace the sill but when I questioned the vanity scratches their answer was "put a soap dish over the scratches" were rude on the phone and refused to come back again. I decided to order some professional materials to try and remove the scratches myself. Wish me luck. Order from them with great care.

We had an excellent experience working with this company when we recently added granite to our three bathrooms and kitchen. From beginning to end, we found the staff pleasant to deal with both in the design and installation phases. All work was completed promptly, we were able to provide input throughout the process and the granite was beautifully crafted. The edges were polished and perfectly measured. Selecting the granite went smoothly, no issues with the install. They paid careful attention when bringing the granite in. In my opinion, Italia Marble deserves all the positive reviews it receives on the web. I would highly recommend them and would gladly do business with them again.

This place is terrible. I has several issues. The first, I gave them my kitchen layout and the details of what the counter should be and they had the size of the slab. I was told I could have a 4 in backsplash. Then when it was time to make the counters they said they didn't have enough granite for the backsplash. They gave me a partial credit but I had many more issues. They scratched me floors and when I brought it to thier attention they accused me of lying. The scratches were by the stove which they has moved to grind down the granite. They even left behind stone fragtments on the floor. The granite was honed but for some reason they desided to polish the sides to a shiny finish and when I asked them to correct this they said they would charge me. All the seams were terrible. Very visible. Normally you are suppose to fill the seam and polish them to make them look seamless. My guess is they never did anything with a honed finish before so didn't know what to do other then glue the two pieces together.
