We had Alex as our project manager and he was beyond awesome to work with. Not only was he onsite making sure everything went smoothly but he listened to our questions, gave us plenty of advice on any options we had, and went the extra mile to make sure the project was completed to perfection. The crew did an amazing job, our roof came out so good, they cleaned up extremely well, and were super efficient. Definitely recommend!

We obtained three quotes from roofing contractors, including JP Carroll. JP Carroll was competitively priced, but we ultimately chose them since they could start our roofing project much sooner than the other contractors. Our estimator was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. They did a wonderful job with our roof and their cleanup was excellent. During the removal of the existing shingles, they did damage some of the flowers in our front garden. However, when I pointed it out, they credited us a fair amount and the process was completely hassle free. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend JP Carroll. We are extremely pleased with the finished product.

The staff was friendly, and reliable. My roof and gutters look beautiful. They added a ridge vent that I didn’t know I needed to remediate condensation in the attic. There was some minor plant damage but they happily and promptly reimbursed me. They did a great job with the clean up. My roof was completed in one day. Every step in the process was explained to me. My roof came with a transferable 50 year warranty. I highly recommend JP Carroll Roofing.

Great experience with JP Carroll getting my roof replaced. The estimate I got was very competitive with other reputable roofers in the area, however they gave me a much more confident feeling than the other guys. Wil in sales was wonderful and answered any questions or concerns I had leading up to the start date. The day of, Chris, the project manager, and his team showed up on time and ready to go to work. I was amazed with the efficiency and care they showed taking off the old roof and putting on the new one. After a few hours they had finished, and did a good job making sure all loose debris was in the dumpster. A few hours later on the same day, Chris came by again to go over the completed project and address any concerns I had. An excellent and professional crew at JP Carroll!

The entire process of dealing with JP Carroll could not have been any easier. After looking at the roof they quickly assessed it would need replacing. They were very courteous and professional in this assessment and took photos and videos to back it up. The bid they submitted was fair and reasonable given the state of the roof. The work was done on a day in December when the weather was finally agreeable. Their crew showed up promptly at 7:00am when promised and by 3:15pm were done. Amazing! Within a half hour of that the dumpster was picked up. If there wasn’t a sign on the lawn you would never know anyone was there doing work. There was not a single piece of any kind of construction material, however small, surrounding the entire perimeter of the house. And finally the most important part of this review - they did a phenomenal job. The roof looks great! Thanks JP Carroll!

From the beginning of the project (Steven) to the end (Mike), the entire JP Carroll team was extremely knowledgeable. I felt comfortable investing in my roof with JP due to their knowledgeable staff, proven track record and available warranties/guarantees. The job was done exactly on the provided timeline and I was kept updated throughout the entire process with their customer portal. Additionally, they took photos of plywood that needed to be replaced, prior to replacing it so there was documentation of water damage, etc.. it left no question in my mind that they were doing exactly what needed to be done. Communication and professionalism were top notch. Happy I can put my mind at ease for 30 years with this new roof!
