After a bit of research, I contacted Bens Garage Door. I explained the problem I found, a broken spring, and Ted was ready to come fix it. Ted arrived within the hour with everything needed to get me operational again. As Ted was ascertaining the situation he found other minor problems that could become major problems in the future. These were obvious problems to the trained eye, but I had not noticed any of these potential problems until Ted pointed them out. I had a frayed cable, the motherboard was obviously loose and could become dangerous quickly, also the bracket to which the cable attaches were beginning to break away which would have left me with major problems. Ted fixed me all up and could complete the repair on first visit. I will use Bens Garage Door again if anything happens to my garage door and I would suggest you consider using them as well. The 2 gentlemen came out and repaired my door were very professional. They explained everything to me, so I knew what they were doing. they were both very polite and friendly. This is our 2nd time using Bens Garage Door and they were terrific in resolving our issue quickly. Upon leaving for work, the garage door was not opening and we realized we had a broken spring. Called Bens Garage Door and they had the parts and technician (Martin - he's awesome!) arrive within a few days (earlier was possible but we chose the later date availability). After the repair, our garage door opens and closes so smoothly and quietly. Prices were very affordable. Service and communication was stellar. Martin was very respectful of the property, was friendly, informative, and on time. Billing system was easy to use to pay the bill and accurate. Highly recommend Bens Garage Door!
