They show up, they care about their work, and the end product is fantastic. Our stairs took a little extra time since we had some special requests and they were totally worth it!

Grate company to deal with: quality, price, reliability, i only have nice things to say about Quality Stairs. Lee, Jason, David, they are good guys, the best in the business.
I have knowing them and work with them for over 30 years and has been a pleasure to work with in every house we build.

Overall

Gave them a 5 star rating and would have made it higher if I could! The workmanship is second to none from the building of the stair and rail systems in their shop but especially the install crew. Our home was built in 1885 and you just can't have "level and flat" on everything in the house but Nelson and his team made it look fantastic.

Incompetent, unprofessional and rude! This sums up the owner and staff. The other negative reviews by so many other people about this company are so true. Called them to get a new staircase in a rush and expressed my need for something asap. Spent over 30 minutes on a call which should have taking less then 10 minutes but Steve was so slow and seemed "off". He assured me someone would be calling me back in 1-2 hours and of course that never happened. I called back the next day and since I didn't remember Steve's name the receptionist was clueless on how to track down the person who i spoke with. Finally after some simple advice to ask the other 2 receptionist if they recall that did the trick. Well, Steve comes to the phone totally clueless about our call asking what do you want me to do because they sales rep is out in the field. Apparently the owner must either not trust her workers on a call or she just listens on another line because after i told Steve he assured me someone would call back yesterday with a price and this was ridiculous, the owner chimed in and told me to "shove it up my a**". Horrible company and agree with all the other negative customer reviews online and would never use this company and urge other people to never use them!
