Overall

BEWARE when dealing with David C. Syzdlo, the owner of Creative Kitchen & Bath, Inc, Collinsville, CT. The labor charges were actually more than 4x the price he quoted and he cashed our good faith deposit check WEEKS BEFORE the contract arrived with the actual costs. In spite of the fact that we NEVER signed a contract nor even finalized the selection of materials, Dave charged us $1,000 for bidding on the job AFTER we declined to hire him and only returned a partial deposit. Selection of materials was never finalized or ever ordered nor any work begun and there was never a mention of a charge for bidding on the renovations until AFTER we declined to sign a contract with him. We did not find him to be credible, honest or trustworthy.

Had a great experiance working with a dave and crew on our kitchen. They helped us optimize our space and worked closely with us and the crew that did the work. The Subs are a tight network that do excellent work and communicate well, no surprises.
