Jeremy was supremely thorough and knowledgeable. Was patient and communicated clearly. Went above and beyond with his effort and overall service. Made me feel like he was treating my home as if it was his home and handled it with great care. I can’t say enough about the membership and peace of mind it gives us. Over the years i have had lot of work done and worked with many contractors, technicians etc. Jeremy, and Service Stars, are unique- they are not cheapest, but are the most reliable, professional, knowledgeable. And the most important thing of all? They came back several times and replaced units when there was issue- they stand 100% behind their work- that alone makes them the best in my book!

Frank was very helpful and knowledgable. He installed a filter system on my HVAC, cleaned it out, and in the same visit was able to replace the pressure relief valve on my old water heater. He was quick, polite, professional, and gave me tips for the future. A+ recommended!

I received an estimate from this establishment two years ago for a new central AC. We decided to go with someone else, but they were so easy to work with that I saved their number for any future issues. I had a plumbing issue last summer so went on the website to see if they had good reviews on plumbing too and was horrified to see that someone who works there was the same individual who verbally assaulted me just a few days prior. I am currently embroiled in a dog attack case with the house down the street from mine and the owners are the most unapologetic, unremorseful, and irresponsible people I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. It's truly a small world b/c this person's husband, in his rage and also a part of this dog attack fiasco, assaulted me a month ago which led to my filing a civil restraining order out of fear for my safety. I am posting this to warn others that this individual who works here is unhinged. I have video of her assault and so do the police. I was surprised that when I contacted the business to let them know, they never contacted me back to see the video. As it turns out, the HR manager never advised the owners and just forwarded the email I wrote to the general info email address to this employee's husband. This email was submitted to the court during the restraining order hearing b/c they were trying to justify why they would assault me (seriously) and I can only hope no one has been similarly assaulted by this individual. It's been a traumatic experience for many months now and I hope this review spares others the same fate. I certainly won't do business with this establishment and let people like this into my home. It's a shame b/c I'm sure the rest of the team is stellar. The video is too large to post here otherwise I would.

Lewis handled the job at hand with a level of swiftness, knowledge & expertise that was very impressive... My concern involved a blocked residential urinal - yes, urinal. Lewis explained everything in detail and provided my wife & I with options & prices. Can't say I was excited about the prices, nonetheless, I needed my urinal fixed. Not only was Lewis able to fix the issue, but the price came in at a price lower than originally quoted due to a quicker fix. Great job! Thank you Lewis.
