I love Plimpton and hills. They have tremendous parts in stock always available. The customer service is phenomenal. You have Brent Manny Barry. everyone at the counter, including the drivers who my favorite is Paul, are amazing . I never have to wait for my orders. They provide me quotes immediately. They’re just the best customer service team I’ve ever ever worked with. They all deserve a big fat raise!!!!

You pay thousands of dollars to be treated like garbage, especially a woman, apparently it bothers her that someone asks her to help them, she does it to everyone, they should change that type of staff.

I was able to buy all the parts needed for my new boiler installation through my contractor at this location! I dealt with Brant who works at the counter and was so knowledgeable about every question that I had!
He took his time to make sure my order is filled correctly at the receiving dock! He is very courteous, professional, fast at what he does and greeted every person who walked in almost by name. He pays attention to details and quickly finds mistakes to be made!
I had to go back there three times, as more parts was needed and some needed to be returned. He helped me every time and I never noticed a sign of tiredness and was happy to help every time!
He is a very valuable asset to this company and I hope, he gets enough recognitions for his efforts and hard work!
Thank you Brant to make my experience with this company so smooth and pleasant.

I would like to thank the counter guys and girls for always doing there best to help me get my materials as quick as possible also the guys working in the warehouse everybody treats me very well and are very nice and eager to help out. Mainly I would like to give my deepest gratitude to Matt at the counter he helps me the most with everything I need even when he is off duty I appreciate all his efforts to deliver the best customer care and kindness ? to be honest if he were to leave that supply and go somewhere else I would definitely change my supplier. He is a outstanding employee and I also think he deserves be at the next plimpton & hills trip to Saint Martin just saying!!!!

I delivered this morning 3/17. Arrived 0400. Receiver Moses came in at 0530, they open 0600. They have garage docks so I lined myself up to try and make it easy but did not need too. Moses explained, park in street, put tail end right in front of driveway to garage docks, he will put palletjack in trailer. Moses put cones out on street with flashing lights so cars do not hit us. Unload time, 5 pallets 10 minutes. Super easy and Moses is a nice guy to work with. Happy St. Patrick's Day!!
