Competent and knowledgeable, but unscrupulously greedy. They charged me $530 to replace stove burner that retails for $48. It took two trips and the tech spent a total of 1.25 hours at my house to diagnose and then install the new burner.. If money is no object, these are your guys.

I've been using Action Appliance since 2006. They have always done very good work. The repairmen are personable and professional. They've worked on everything from my 1958 Frigidaire stove to my newer GE refrigerator and have kept both appliances in top shape.

Office staff was super friendly and they got us in same day for dryer repair. Tech John was prompt and efficient and fixed the issue quickly.

If you choose to fix your appliance during the initial visit, they don’t charge you the service fee, which I think is great customer service.

My refrigerator stopped cooling during Sunday evening hours. Did a google search for appliance repair businesses. Action was highly rated with many 5 star reviews. Now they have one more. They came out the same day I called which was greatly appreciated because it was a refrigerator.
Technician Chris arrived on time and diagnosed the problem. After this he thoroughly explained the cause and what part was required and what the total cost would be for the repair. It appears this was a common issue on this appliance and he had the part in his van. After completing the job Chris went over everything and explained their warranty policy.
Everyone I had contact with was professional. They make you feel it is as important to them to assist you as you want the issue resolved.
This was the first time I have had to use an appliance repair service. It was a good experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them if needed in the future.
