I highly recommend the Awning Place. Owner Bob and son Adam and the rest of the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The installers Mike and Mickal (sp) were timely, neat, and made sure we were happy with the installation. Our situation was unusual in that I purchased a used awning and was able to find out that Awning Place was original vendor and installer. Not only did Bob and Adam remember the order but they are the reason our used awning purchase was successful. Not only did they take down the awning, but they changed out the motor to remote control which is what we wanted.. plus they provided better brackets and an additional apron for the awning. My point is that the level of service I received was 5 stars and I was not even an original purchaser!! If I received such great service I am 100% positive that other customers will receive the same. Their products are high quality, pricing is reasonable, and the service and installation is meticulous. Thank you Awning Place. You guys are the best!

Overall

I ran into an issue with my porch awning. Called several awning companies that were "too busy" to help me. Called Awning Place and explained the issue over the phone. The following morning the owner stopped by my house and worked with me to completely solve my problem. Experts - knowledgeable - professional! I recommend them highly!

Overall

I have a (3) season porch off my kitchen and decided adding the “fixed awnings” would make us able to keep windows open, despite a threat of rain.
Mike and Ron installed them today, and I couldn’t be happier with the product and the outcome. It was nice meeting the person who made them.
The function is going to make life easier.

Knowledgeable staff, great products, and great service. When my father showed me the estimate to just repace the canvas of our retractable awning, I thought he was crazy. The amount was higher then I would've guessed. But the quality of the product, helpfulness of the salesman, and expertise of the installers more then justify the price paid. I forgot the salesman's name, but he helped me keep birds out of my awning ( a struggle I've had for over 20 years). The installers, Mike and Micah, were both great. Thank you Awning Place for the new canvas and the bird-proofing suggestions. 10/10 stars.

First of all, I love my awning and have enjoyed time on my porch since it was installed. The installers were professional and knowledgeable. I remember i had a little problem the first year and Bob came right out and fixed it. A few days ago my awning wouldn't go out when i tried it out and the techs Dan and Mike, came out the next day. It was the motor and needed to be replaced. Bob replace it at no cost and for that i am deeply grateful. I would recommend his company, The awning place, which I have done previously to anyone who asked me about an awning for their home. This is a first rate company.

We had a very good experience working with The Awning Place on window awnings for our home. The owner, Bob, came out personally to quote the job. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The installation was very professionally done, although we had one issue unrelated to the awnings. We had some rot on our house where the awning was to be mounted. Some businesses might just mount it on and let it fall off a year later (in fact we had new gutters installed over the very same rot), but instead they stopped work and told us about the problem. They hung onto the awning for us for two months while we fixed the rot, and then finished the job with no issues. We really appreciate the old school customer-friendly business vibe that Bob put out. It would be great if there were more businesses like this one.

This was about as smooth a transaction for a home improvement project as I've ever had. Bob swung over and took some measurements, gave me a crash course in the different types of awnings, and gave me advice on which one would suit me best. Initially I thought the price was on the high side, but after getting higher quote for the same awning from a different outfit, I decided to go with the Awning Place. They said once my down payment was received and the awning was ordered, it would be installed 3 weeks later. Well, they lied, it was installed 2 weeks later! The installers and electrician were all great. They showed up a little before they said they would and were gone in about 2 1/2 hours time. That includes wiring up an electrical box on the exterior of my house to hard wire the awning into. The installers gave me some tips on how to use it, and were off! No mess left behind either. I would highly recommend these guys.
