We had a great experience at Bender. Melissa and Eileen are both super nice and helpful. Melissa really listened and helped us find exactly what we wanted. Our bathroom came out great! We will be going back for future projects, and we recommend them highly!!

Rough experience here, they're completely unorganized. If they have everything in stock and you can take it right then you might be OK but check every box to make sure parts aren't missing. Our contractor that recommended this showroom was embarrassed by them and our remodel job was delayed by weeks because Bender wasn't able to get products in. They didn't tell us what was going on proactively and when we would ask about delivery dates they would say they weren't sure when things were arriving. They also took a huge deposit and we had to cancel a bunch of the original order (couldn't get the things we ordered) and we never got a refund. They tried to say that we somehow bought exactly 5000.00 of items and also that one of the things that we never wanted (temp faucet) couldn't be returned because the box was incomplete. Most of the suppliers we worked with were great (shoutout Daltile) but unfortunately Bender was the exception.

My wife and I purchased a Kohler toilet from Bender and after the install, realized that it wasn't the right one for our bathroom. We contacted Kayla Cabrera at Bender and she guided us through the return process with Kohler. With her assistance, we were able to replace the toilet at no extra charge with a new one. Thank you Kayla for excellent customer service!

Hiring my designer Patricia McCarthy of O C Design Interiors was the best thing ever for me to do. In my real estate career I have to say I have been inside thousands of properties. I know what I like but I knew that if was to redesign my 60’s blue tile Primary bath, I would make mistakes that would throw off my budget big time. She told me to meet her at Bender in Hartford. We picked out EVERYTHING. Christina and Jenna guided us to the options we said we wanted from faucets, sinks, tile, grout, vanities, handles for the vanity, including the heated floor kit. I can’t believe what the two women at Bender stored in their brains for inventory on anything and everything. Christina sent me the quote with Patricia of course cc’d and we changed the vanity out. They want a 50% deposit and she had checked to make sure everything was in stock or 2 weeks out. They will deliver to my house and the contractor just has to show up with his plumber, electrician, tile guy, sheetrock ER and carpenter to put it all together. #nomistakes #august #cantwait
