Roger is the man!!! I am so grateful that I called Tecnicos when my 30 year old washing machine started having issues. He was extremely responsive and worked around my schedule to come take a look at it. He quickly diagnosed the issue and unfortunately it was not worth repairing. However, he offered me a used machine for a very fair price, and came to install it the very next morning. Customer service, fairness, and expertise of Roger’s caliber is hard to come by these days!! I highly recommend his services for any appliance needs. Thank you Roger!!

After calling 5 other appliance repair companies I decided to go with Tecnicos. I'm so glad I did. The owner trouble shooted with me via text which was something none of the other companies did. He also provided an estimate for labor and parts. the other companies only provided me with a diagnostic fee which wasn't helpful for budgeting purchases.
Roger gave me a heads-up when he was almost to my residence AND he was on time.
Once Roger figured out what the issue was, he talked me through how to fix it if ran into the same issue in the future.
I will definitely use Roger in the future!

What a FABULOUS appliance repair service!! Roger responded to my frig break- down emergency quickly- he not only arrived on a weekend ( without charging an extra fee) but he quickly resolved my frig issue- and fixed my dryer as well! Roger was so nice and helpful- gave me good advice on how to fix another appliance rather than charging me to do it. His rates were very reasonable. HIGHLY recommend this gem of an appliance repair service!

Top notch service and knowledgeable techs and staff.

I called this morning as I was having issues with the fridge at our office (Whirlpool), the gentleman I spoke to was attentive and willing to understand the issue to better assist, he asked for model number, brand and a description of the issue-he was able to guide me through basic troubleshooting and got the issue fixed with 1 min on the phone as it was something very basic but I had managed to ignore.

They’ve definitely gained a customer as I have various properties all with appliances, I’m sure I’ll be calling them shortly.
