Overall

Working with Dari and BENDER was an absolute delight! Absolute professionalism and Dari is so friendly. The last thing I wanted to think about was what to put into our newly remodeled bathroom, but Dari made it easily manageable and dare I say... fun! Highly recommend working with Dari and BENDER overall.

Overall

We worked with Daryl at Bender to design our kitchen for a challenging space. Daryl has a great personality and decades of experience. Previous to meeting with Daryl we had discussed our plans with a different companies designer. After two meetings with that other company we became frustrated with that designers desire to build a kitchen he thought we should have, not the one we wanted.
Daryl listened to our input, offered suggestions and understood some of the challenges in our space. He was able to create a beautiful space including custom details above the cabinetry. Our space is small and Daryl was able to maximize storage space while keeping a beautiful look. He truly was able to bring out the best in form and function. Bender has great materials available and we love the Greenfield cabinets we chose, our carpenter was impressed with the quality of the cabinets too. We went into this project with high expectations and we can honestly say that the finished product has exceeded our expectations! Daryl guided us through cabinetry options and construction, granite options and hardware. His expertise and collaboration skills are unmatched and we feel he delivered our dream kitchen. We highly reccomend Daryl and Bender Plumbing.

We received excellent service and assistance with choosing all of our new plumbing and bathroom cabinets for our new home. Stephanie and Victoria were fantastic. We needed all the faucets and sinks for the 4 bathrooms and the kitchen sink faucets. I love all of my selections that Stephanie and Victoria helped me pick out. I recommend using Benders for full remodels or just one small bathroom, you will love their dedication and helpfulness. ?

Overall

This was my first time renovating any room, let alone two of them back to back (kitchen and bathroom). Both were very outdated from the '70s, so I decided to take the plunge and have both of them done over. My contractor suggested I contact Sephrina Martinez-Hall at Bender in New Haven, as she had been a huge help to him in the past. Sephrina graciously met me at the Bender showroom in Norwalk, as I worked in that area. She was amazing! Her knowledge of every product—from kitchen and bathroom faucets to shower heads, tub spigots, tubs, toilets, sconces, towel hooks, cabinet knobs and tile—was encyclopedic! I would pick out one item (bathroom faucet) and we would take it from there to pick out matching fixtures. She was so patient with me! I never felt rushed and I was in awe of her expertise.

My contractor, electrician and plumber were also very impressed with every item. Everything was excellent quality and looks stunning!

Sephrina was with me every step of the way. There was one defective cabinet knob, so I sent her pictures of it and she immediately ordered a new one for me and had it shipped directly to me. Talk about service! In addition, there was one item (tracking for a shower nook) that I ended up not needing. Sephrina processed the return for me and I was able to bring it to the Norwalk store.

In sum, I had a superb experience with Bender. If/when I move into a bigger condo and need to renovate again, Sephrina will be the first person I call. Superior service and excellent quality. I am currently the envy of my neighbors, many of whom are now thinking of upgrading their outdated kitchens and bathrooms. I have recommended Bender to all of them. Thank you, Bender and Sephrina, for transforming my outdated kitchen and bathroom into the most beautiful rooms!
