Zac was extremely helpful in assisting me with my kitchen renovations. He was very professional and patient throughout the process. He took time to explain and research info for me and I am very thankful.

I had stone countertops installed with one being a wall mounted. After about a month it started sagging. Upon inspection it became apparent they secured the over 200 pound countertop to the wall with glue and two brackets that could not support the weight. I got in touch to have them fix the problem and send photos. After a few weeks of haggling they refused to even come out to see it. I had to pay for another company come reinstall it. The other countertops are also uneven with lips and gaps between pieces.

I highly recommend Ken at your Newington location.
He spent the time needed for us to make our selection for our new bathroom vanity with a granite top. Most importantly he worked diligently to make sure we had the installation completed before my upcoming surgery date. We will be forever grateful.... He is a true asset to your company! Thank you again Ken!

I would not recommend Express Kitchens. After they installed the countertops, they left the area underneath the countertop unfinished. I requested that they apply a small piece of trim to cover this unfinished segment but my customer service representative said it was my responsibility to have that done. I’m having my painter complete this task at an additional cost of $150. Likewise, I had a problem with the plumber they sent to reconnect my dishwasher. The plumber installed the dishwasher crooked. When I called Express Kitchens, they said that it wasn’t their fault because the plumber shouldn’t have reconnected it in the first place. This makes absolutely no sense. I ended up having to call someone else to fix it at a cost of $150. I spent thousands to have my kitchen redone. I expect better.
Do not use Express Kitchens. I certainly will tell friends and family to avoid them.

UPDATE: Karen from Express kitchens was able to resolve all issues and I am very happy with my new kitchen!
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Save yourself a headache and spend a little more money so that you know that you will receive professional customer service. I recently bought cabinets and countertops from there to be delivered on October 7th. When I went to pay for them I never received the folder of install information that was supposed to be given to me, I just assumed I would receive all the information via email but I didn’t receive anything. On the 7th when everything was delivered, I realized that they had sent us the wrong color countertop (I specifically took a picture of the countertop that I wanted the day I chose It to make sure I remembered which one I had picked). When I called the sales rep who sold us the kitchen, he told us that there was nothing that we could do until Monday when the customer service office was open but that if we wanted the correct color we would have to wait two weeks for the new countertops to get in. This was a problem because I scheduled the contractors to install my kitchen to come out on October 8 and finish everything in a 3 day time frame. I I told the sales rep that I would be willing to keep the incorrect countertop in order to expedite the process and make sure that my install would still meet the timeframe in which I paid for the contractors to be there as long as I was properly compensated for the inconvenience to which he said he couldn’t give me a dollar amount but that I would be compensated. When my contractors went to install the countertop, they discovered that It was 3 inches too big so It would need to be cut down and capped. When I called the sales rep, he told me there was nothing that could be done until the customer service office opened on Monday and that they would be able to come pick up the countertop and fix It that day. This put a delay on the work and now depending on when the countertop can be fixed, I’m not sure my contractors will even be available to finish the work they were contracted to do. When customer service finally reached out to me on October 10, Pete Adoretti spoke over me the entire time and told me they do not offer compensation but that they “only fix the problem”. He told me that if their installers were to have done the job, they would’ve simply cut the countertop and capped It and questioned if my contractors were capable of doing so. Bringing up that their installers would’ve just cut the countertops and capped It as if It is my contractors responsibility to fix their mistakes is the most ridiculous thing I have ever encountered, I have never spoken to a more unprofessional customer service rep. Express Kitchens has made many mistakes during this whole process and is not doing anything to try to rectify the situation. They don’t even seem to be remorseful or understandIng of the situation instead they are dismissive and rude. Honestly, save yourself the stress and headache and go elsewhere to buy your kitchen because if they make a mistake, which they most likely will, they will do absolutely nothing to fix It for you.
