So amazing… my hot water heater broke this morning. Wayne came over a few hours later and replaced the water heater. His older brother came by to help. Great guys…so nice and courteous. Within an hour and half, everything was done and hit water back on. I highly recommend Joe the Plumber!!!

Don't use this company. They will compete work, but then be completely unhelpful. Tried to talk to someone a couple of times about the work they did and got nowhere. You only get to talk to an answering service that knows nothing. I asked to get a call back and couldn't even get that. Was told I would have to pay $89 to have someone come and determine what needs to he done then I can get an appointment even tho I told them exactly what the issues was and what needs to be done.
Update; so I had to get the work they did redone. I was set up to have problems from the start. I originally called them shortly after it was done and they weren't helpful. Lived with it for awhile tried calling again prior to having it redone and again, no help. Not happy I had to pay twice for a job that should have been done right the first time, but happy with the new job. It's night and day. Save your time and money and use someone else.

Very high prices. They quoted me $432 to install a faucet (I had faucet that came with supply lines). I wanted one valve replaced. They quoted me $432 for 2 valves (said they couldn’t quote me for one valve). So that is $864 for a job that takes at most 2 hours and supplies that cost around $20. Yikes. Won’t be calling them again.

Real plumbers don't use propress fittings (or shark bite). The pricing was unfairly high and I feel taken advantage of. I was unable to get an estimate without paying an 89 dollar fee. Literally 89 dollars to confirm a known problem and was not applied to the balance. Ouch. The pricing is not up to the technician as far as I understand but unclear. I am not sure what I paid for it was lumped together in one labor cost. The cost to install a boiler mixing valve, a very accessible three way soldered valve as pictured, was $686. Customer provided part. This 2.5 times what Angie's list estimated and Angie's list referred me to this company. The technicians were great, polite and clean. The work was completed in two hours. The 89 dollar assessment took 3 minutes. The estimate should have been rolled back into total cost as a credit. Lots of communication so that was good. I would not call them again. This was a one time thing. I will never call this company again.

Can I please leave -0- stars? Worst company EVER! I've NEVER left a bad review for a company in my life. Joe the Plumber is outrageous!! They installed an AO Smith Hot Water Heater in 2017 for me. In 2022, it failed and was replaced under its 10 year warranty. However, warranty only covered parts, not labor. Another $1,000+!!! 15 months later, this month - it's failing again. Joe the Plumber sends out Wayne (VERY professional, kind, expert plumber) but Joe the Plumber charges me $180 to assess that AGAIN it's a warranty issue. But warranty only covers parts, not labor. Sooo -- they order the part. It comes in and they come to install it - literally took 30 minutes. $475 to install a warranty part!!! A 'flat rate'! What choice did I have, I need hot water. WORST COMPANY EVER. Will be filing a complaint with the Department of Consumer Protection but in the meantime, want to warn homeowners to avoid this company at all costs!

Had a root in my sewer drain causing back up in the basement. Contacted Joe the Plumber and they were able to come and put a camera down the line. They saw a blockage so I ok'd them to do a dig. Few days later they made necessary arrangements (to get town to give location of lines) then proceed with digging up the problem. Replaced the problem section of the drain pipe all with in a few days of first contacting them. With a pregnant wife stressing about the whole situation, Weston, Dillon and Xavier were first class during the whole process. Thanks Willy for getting me in!! Ya'll the best!!! ”

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with this company! We had a tub removed and a new one installed. They scheduled us in a very timely manner, showed up on time, were very polite and professional as well as easy to talk to. We had very minor issues after and they scheduled us asap in a very timely manner, showed up when promised, went over our issues very thoroughly and completely and we're extremely satisfied with every contact we've had with this company! And they also cleaned up extremely well, No mess left behind! I would highly recommend this company for any work you need!!

Any world where it is very hard to find reliable and trustworthy contractors I have to take a minute to recognize Joe and his team at Joe the Plumber. Christmas Eve and his crew was here on time got the job done on budget. from the first interaction with their website through the conversation with dispatch and each of the professionals that have showed up at our home over the last two days to deal with this nightmare the experience has been above and beyond what we would have expected.
