Deon serviced my wine fridge that was having issues. Had to reschedule last min on an appt and he was super kind to accommodate. He fixed the unit super quickly and the whole interaction was professional. would 100% recommend his services and will not hesitate to call the next appliance issue I have.

I experienced a technician who is capable, knowledgeable, reliable, efficient, forthright with the estimate, and pleasant to be around. I honestly have no recommendations to improve the service I received, other than to comment that I believe appliances should last more 1.5 years without needing repair to function. I am very happy with the service I received. Unexpectedly, my refrigerator went out. I called and they were able to come out on Sunday. That was a great help so I didn’t lose any of my groceries. I will definitely be using this company again. The first thing I liked about 3rd person appliance repair was how promptly they return my call and were able to come out to look at my washer within a couple days. The gentle who fixed my washer was very friendly and knowledgeable of his profession. He explained what he was going to do and explained the outcomes, so that I was fully aware of what the out come and what the prices will be. He had my washer fix and left no mess behind ! Their prices were affordable and fair. The best part was he didn't mind answering questions from my 4 old grandson who watched as he worked. 100% recommend
