Overall

We had an oil leak in our basement, and Stephen at Bertola Plumbing and Heating answered my phone call right away at 8:30pm. He walked us through how to manage the issue in the short term (even getting on FaceTime with us to talk us through what to do), and offered to come out the next day to replace the damaged part. I cannot recommend his services enough. Thank you so much, Stephen!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! We had an issue with our main water line in our house and they were able to come out on a holiday for a quick fix and came back the following day for the full fix. Very efficient, friendly, and professional! Would 10000% recommend.

Highly recommend Bertola Plumbing and Heating! Stephen was very efficient and friendly. He came on a Sunday to replace our kitchen faucet. The job was done fast and professionally. And as a bonus, he is a big dog lover and was wonderful with our two rescue dogs! You will not be disappointed if you use Bertola Plumbing and Heating.

I called Bertola Plumbing on a Friday morning because my old hot water heater stopped working. Shortly after Steve was at my house to assess the situation. Not only was it old, but it was at risk of leaking carbon monoxide into the basement. By Friday afternoon I had a new heater that was properly vented to the outside and hot water once again! On Monday he called just to make sure everything was still working properly. Efficient, reliable, and professional!

Highly recommend! Steve came out the same day I called. Leak under the kitchen sink. Very responsive and communicative. Easy to work with, discussing options.
Job was completed quickly and neatly! Very reasonable price. I will use him and his company for any future plumbing needs..

Steve and Brandon are amazing! Steve responded to my call immediately on the weekend when I needed a gas pipe installed for my natural gas grill. He provided consultation on the spot and was not pushy at all. Brandon was very kind and well mannered! Both of them are quite knowledgeable and I appreciate how Steve responds to any call or text and makes me feel important as a customer although he has many others. I will call Steve and his team for anything plumbing or heating related! Highly highly recommend for someone you can trust to get the job done efficiently and feel safe at an appropriate price.
