You guys did a nice job on my neighbors pool, but clean up at the end of the day is not your team's forte. Don't worry I cleaned up all the loose rocks and dirt with the leaf blower that my car has been kicking up. Took me less than ten minutes.

This has been going on for a week. I spoke to my neighbor and he will also keep an eye on it, but your crew should be taking a few minutes at the end of each day to clean up their mess given the costs of these projects.

The company I used prior to calling Juliano’s (who installed my pool) flaked on me three times on my pool opening. On the day of the 3rd no-show, I was told they had a bigger, more important job that had to be done so mine would have to be pushed another week. At this point it is already mid-summer… I wanted my pool open 6 weeks ago!

Juliano’s came to my rescue. They sent someone out the next day. As it turned out, it was a bigger job than I thought, because the pool had not been closed properly. The guys were so nice and very thorough, and took time to explain things to me. (This is my first time taking care of a pool by myself. When It was installed, and I asked what I thought were some very basic questions, they told me I could just find some YouTube videos.) Lauren did all of my scheduling and she was so sweet and could not have been more pleasant to deal with. I’m so impressed and a very happy customer.

When doing our research about building a pool in our backyard or not Juliano’s was always on the top of the list of companies to work with. From start to finish the Juliano’s team was very professional and informative throughout the process and even after the build. Want to give a Big shout out to Pedro and Brian who came to my rescue and fix a very bad pool liner separation and wrinkles created in the bottom from all the ground water this year. From the moment they got here it was like having my own pool concierge! They were very polite, understanding and really made me feel very comfortable that they could fix this what i called a pool hernia in my liner. There Professionalism and attention to detail says a lot about the company they work for Juliano pools I couldn't have asked for a better team to work on my pool and I recommend them very very highly!

I am disappointed with my experience at Julianos pools. It’s surprising because I read some great reviews. Perhaps the CT location is better dedicated than their NH location. I had to call several times to get specific details, my liner has so many wrinkles in one corner I am very concerned. The Manchester NH manager was supposed to come out and take a look, she has been a no call, no show so far… one more detail I will be chasing. I had to pay an extra $100 to my water delivery service because they had to wait more than an hour as the liner was not put in on time. Julianos told me, promised me, they would be ready by 3:00pm, but they got to my house after 11:00am the day of installation and they were no where near ready. They tried to say they were running behind because they did not anticipate some issues, but they took a while to even begin after they showed, which was a pretty late start in my opinion. The two people that came to my house for the installation were very nice. The next day they sent to others to open my pool and they were lovely as well. They took pictures and told me that the wrinkles were concerning, but I still haven’t hear back. All in all, there are other companies out there that will likely do a better job and will make you feel like you are a customer who matters. I still don’t know what I will do next with my wrinkled liner, but we will figure it out. I feel like I spent a lot of money to feel this ignored, but this is an example of a detail that I need to chase down.

We had our pool opened today! Pedro N. and his guys came on time, were polite, professional and respectful while on our property. They carefully brought out all my pool equipment from the basement and hooked it all up. They removed the pool cover and neatly wrapped it up for easy storage. Pedro was very knowledgeable about all the parts and gave us great advice on how to help the pool looking it's best for the whole season! We've been very happy with Julianos'. We recommend them to everyone!

I cannot express enough how impressed we are with Juliano's Pools and the exceptional service they provided during the construction of our new swimming pool. As a high quality professional builder, Juliano's truly stands out for a multitude of reasons. They started on the week promised & from the moment our salesman Chris stepped foot in our backyard, it was evident that they were masters of their craft.

It is a little scary to see your yard torn up so quickly, However, our fears were instantly put to rest as we witnessed their expertise and confident execution. What set Juliano's apart is their teams of specialized crews, each dedicated to a specific phase of the building process.This was evident in their workmanship, as they flawlessly executed each phase of the construction with finesse and skill.

In comparison to our previous pool, which was built by another company, the difference is like night and day. The design of our original pool left much to be desired, resulting in a large area of our backyard being rendered unusable. Juliano's, however, transformed our backyard into a breathtaking oasis, making every inch of our space usable and aesthetically pleasing. Their transformative design approach truly exemplifies their knowledge and experience.

Furthermore, the communication throughout the entire project was exceptional. We were kept informed at every step of the process, leaving no room for uncertainty or doubt. Their professionalism and responsiveness were evident from the initial consultation to the final touches, always making sure we were pleased with outcomes.

Juliano's Pools exceeded our expectations in every way.
