I called, left a voicemail/msg on the phone number listed stating I was looking for estimates regarding bathroom repairs... It's been well over a week and I've still yet to receive a return phone call or msg. I can only hope that their customer service would improve for anyone who's actually got an estimate and/or is actively having work performed in their home.
Honestly, in my opinion, if my not getting a return call is the exception to an otherwise good company with great customer service, and/or perhaps my info was misplaced or lost in the shuffle, per se... then maybe they're deserving of more than one star. However, as it stands, I think I'm going to cross them off of my list of contractors to continue calling and assume I saved myself from further headaches and issues in the future by not considering Covenant Kitchen & Baths for this job or any upcoming needs.

Far-exceeded already high expectations. This is the husband speaking. Yes, you spend a lot of time in the kitchen so it ought to be inviting, comfortable, functional, and a source of pride to you as the homeowner. I am now getting up earlier in the morning to have my coffee and sit looking at the kitchen...alone. I love turning on the undercabinet lights. I now have my spot at the island ("why do we need and island?). This is not to say I was responsible for most of the designer choices: that was my wife. We also received incredible, and softly-delivered, advice from Kira, who provide her insight about light vs. dark tile, a busier counter pattern vs. one-color, paint color, molding, drawer pulls, faucets, grout color, counter bevels, crown molding sizing, vertical vs. horizontal window panes, cabinet organization, and pretty much everything else. This is delivered in symphony with Gerard, the second-generation owner. I thought I was slightly OCD, detail-oriented, and a mid-level perfectionist. Gerard was on site almost every day (just not when he took vacation). We were provided with a Google calendar for whom would show up when for what task. We NEVER HAD TO MAKE A "WHERE ARE YOU" PHONE CALL. Every contractor was professional, a skilled artisan, a pleasure to meet, and an honor to have in our home. Disclaimer: I am not a bot writing reviews. We are so happy with our kitchen and now ask if the UPS/FedEx delivery folks want to see our kitchen. As someone famous once said, "We are not worthy." Magazine level? You bet. You get the sense they are working on their own kitchen and no detail was left out. We began planning almost a year before demolition and meeting with Gerard and Kira and making decisions avoided any mistakes or on-site change orders. And, and, when we thought we saw something hinky, Gerard explained why the central air duct had not been cut in ceiling drywall because he wanted to personally match the vent to the diameter. You could tell that they've been contractors forever and seen everything, so their planning was impeccable. Recommending them to anyone and everyone, but get on it early, because they are busy and don't rush a job.

We have worked with Gerard, his designers and craftsman for many years. Most recently we modernized our master suite with a total bathroom redesign. We modelled the look after hotel suites we had enjoyed in Europe. The beauty, luxury and excellent functionality is most gratifying. Heated floors, lighted mirrors, multiple shower heads and no shower door! Unable to travel we feel right at home in our new digs.. Years ago, Gerard designed and built our kitchen which has become the center of activities for the past few years. We are now thinking of doing some minor upgrades to enhance the look. We have been so pleased with Gerard and his team due to their attention to detail and experience with what features work well and how to combine different accents in an efficient layout. Gerard was very patient with our choices and even a couple of do overs when we decided our original choices didn’t work as well as we hoped. You will be amazed at the craftsman and how perfect they make things look.. It is truly amazing. I give them the highest marks on quality and aesthetics.
