The worst customer service ever!
I attempted to sign up for a service contract for my generator. Waited a week no emailed contract etc, the old guy had no record of my call, nothing…. No apologies for wasting valuable time when I desperately needed a generator service. Rather pay more with my local electrician and be confident that I’m dealing with a reputable company.

My wife and I bought our first home and it has well and septic. When we loose power we can't use our water. We also have a baby on the way so we decided to get a dedicated generac generator through Cannondale Generators. Tony the sales rep came over and helped us get a location approved by the town. He made sure we got the right generator for our home and that it would power everything should the power go out. The two workers who came out to deliver and trench are so good at what they do. The hand trenched and it came out so well that other companies involved were impressed. Their electricians were great too. After a bit of back and forth with the town and gas company we were finally ready to start up the generator. I contacted Elie, who was so helpful during the entire process, to scheduled the start up date. The tech who came out was awesome and took me through everything I needed to know as a home owner with a dedicated generator. Overall it was a pleasant experience dealing with everyone there and my wife and I are very happy with the generator and how it turned out. I highly recommend Cannondale Generators and giving them five out of five stars.

Overall

Very pleased with Cannondale Generators sales and service. We’ve had a Generac whole house generator for seven years, and have always been able to rely on it during power outages. No doubt that reliability is due in part to the courteous and professional technicians that perform annual preventative maintenance. I can highly recommend this company and their products and people.

Overall

We purchased our standby generator from Cannondale Generators in 2020 and have had them maintain and service our system ever since. Their service department provides great communication in scheduling appointments and the service technicians always show up as promised, and take the time to answer any questions. Having a standby generator provides a level of comfort, but having a responsive company that follows through and communicates well provides peace of mind knowing that our investment will always be there working properly.

I have been a long-time customer of Cannondale Generators, Inc, -- well over ten years -- and I have only high praise for the Company and for their individual employees who come on my property for regular service checks. Cannondale had been highly recommended to me by a neighbor who employs them; I am so grateful to my neighbor! Cannondale always sends me a reminder well in advance as to when they plan to make the routine service check. In addition, they leave me a detailed report as to what they found and what they did. On the few occasions that I happened to be home when they arrived, their technician was always polite and professional. I have never had to call Cannondale in an emergency though I am certain that they would respond promptly. I owe my not needing emergency service to Cannondale's excellent upkeep of my generator. Given the dramatic weather we have been experiencing, my generator has run automatically on several occasions for the length of the power outage. I rest assured that no matter what weather comes our way, my generator, with the exceptional service of Cannondale, will always be there for me! Clearly, I strongly recommend this company to everyone who wishes for their generator to be completely reliable and to last a life-time.
