I trusted this company with my stuff for my move from AZ to CT in November. They lost two wardrobe boxes full of my clothes. The boxes included all my pants, blouses, swimsuits, tank tops, and wedding accessories. They also lost a gold vase that my late grandmother gifted me, and a sandbag. Who knows if the drivers stole my things. It's been three months and I'm still crying and losing sleep over this ordeal. I'm in agony over the things they lost. They don't even care. They've been working on tracing my things, but no progress at all. I haven't heard from them. I'm so sad because of their incompetence. I can't even celebrate my cross-country move because of what they did. I trusted them to move my things and they lost half of my wardrobe and an extremely special gift from my grandmother. Where are my things? How can they just disappear into thin air? How can the executives of this company be okay with this kind of unprofessionalism? I'm absolutely heartbroken and feel so betrayed. When I call to inquire, they could not care less and tell me there's nothing more they can do. How? You were paid to transfer my things and two tall wardrobe boxes just don't show up? What makes no sense is the stuff that is lost was checked off by their driver and not me. This is incredibly shady and dishonest. Why did your driver check off the things that are missing specifically? You should be ashamed of yourselves for losing my things and not even caring about it. It's ridiculous and unacceptable, and no one should trust this company with their things. I wish I could support and endorse a family-owned business like this one, but in the end, they screwed me over and didn't even bat an eye over it. You've ruined my life and devastated me.

Not cautious of belongings and when they drop somethings they laughed. One mover even came up to the boss in front of us and said he didn't wanna do this anymore.
They damaged our refrigerator and broke a bunch of boxed up collectibles marked clearly FRAGILE and damaged our tv table set. Landlord paid for movers and landlord replaced our Fridge and is reimbursing us for collectibles. Don't use these people.

Absolutely no communication! Called them multiple times about delivering my container load and never got a call back (and both my move coordinator and Mayflower HQ had trouble as well). It took them several days to deliver despite having earlier availability. My items were roughly handled during delivery (movers appeared to be rushing just to be done) and a dresser was broken - mover did not acknowledge damage.

I was hesitant and frankly, nervous, about having movers pack, transport, and unload our stuff. Several friends shared horror stories about missing or damaged goods when hiring movers. I'm relieved to say our move occurred without a hitch! Not least because of Kuba, a first class wizard at coordinating and packing everything, and a master driver. He has a sharp eye and made sure his team was careful with our items from the second he came through the door which gave me a great sense of relief. I appreciated how communicative and punctual he was. Despite some challenges with my building's freight elevator which caused a 45 min + delay, Kuba maintained a professional and cool attitude. All around a fantastic experience. I only wish I could take Kuba and his team with me everytime we move.
